Amazing experience, they were very informative and walked me through my options and procedures. They even talked me out of a tooth extraction instead of just taking my money and doing what "I THOUGHT I needed." This was my first experience with anything like this and they made me feel very comfortable and confident in them. I would definitely recommend! Also as somebody without dental insurance they were very reasonably priced. I wish I could find a shortcoming to let them know where they can improve but honestly nothing comes to mind, even the lady at the front desk went above and beyond, I had my 7-year-old son with me who had to sit in the waiting room.

Dr. Vahid took the time to thoroughly explain my situation, ensuring that the treatment plan not only met my needs but also aligned with my insurance benefits. He communicated clearly and respectfully, making sure I felt informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands even before the work began.

The attention to detail was remarkable. They anticipated every aspect that typically makes a dental visit uncomfortable or stressful, and had remedies in place to ensure my comfort. For example, they provided a device to keep my mouth open comfortably during the procedure, preventing the usual discomfort of lockjaw.

I felt no pain during the procedure, and I left the office feeling relieved and satisfied, knowing I had found a team that operates at the highest level. Thanks to Dr. Vahid, Kenny the assistant, and Dina, the billing and scheduling representative, for such a positive experience. I’m now fully aware of my future treatment plan and feel confident moving forward.

Both Dina and Dr. V were extremely helpful and kind, the spaces in their office were clean and although there was a setback during my visit, they kept me informed and moved as quickly as they could to move on to me. Dr. Vahid and the entire staff at AV dental has been amazing! I originally found them through a Groupon so my daughter and I could both get x-rays and teeth cleanings since we don’t have dental insurance. Dr. V. has the best bedside manner. He explains everything he’s about to do clearly, and with compassion. The staff are all very friendly and outgoing and there was virtually no waiting time when I arrived for my follow up crown and cavities fillings. I was provided with a clear chart and treatment plan with prices in advance, and when I searched around in my own area, it was clear that AV Dental prices were better than anything I was going to get in my hometown. The only way I could’ve been happier was if I didn’t need any treatment at all but that’s not reality so I’m really glad Dr. V. and his team were there to help.
