Worst service ever! I order some inks for the first time waiting for a month and nothing came. I try to contact with them by phone, by messages on facebook. Nobody answer me. After i send a lot of messages i got an answer they say that my package got back to them. They say that they will investigate what happened. 2 days passed nobody was answer me. Then they told me that they will send the package again with tracking number. I asked them lot of times to provide me the number. They never answer. Thank got i pay with pay pal and open a case and get a refund otherwise i will lost that money. Properly they looking for victims to just pay with their visa and take their money. Dont ever buy!

P. S Answering to your comment:

Not my problem, and not my problem. Fix your service, or change your provider. If you are offering a phone number answer it like a human being. You never confirmed anything nor replied to my messages nor my calls for a month and here you replied to my bad review in 3 hours. After all I really wish you success.

I've made a few orders here, really high quality products and good prices. The inks I bought there are so beautiful. Screen are very well made and the customer service is amazing. I've asked for a speedy delivery twice and they came through in an amazing way. Love this place!

Ordered supplies that arrived on time, everything was nicely packed and in order. Although, unfortunately DHL damaged a parcel that I had my silkscreen resulting a crack on the screen. At the end my screen was replaced by Art2Silkscreen.

I Just bought a starter kit from Art2silkscreen. I have been researching for a while and chose this company as their kits seemed to fit my needs best. The delivery was problem free and everything came perfectly packaged. I was worried about damage to the bulb or the screens but I shouldn't have been. I am not one to start off at beginner level I like to test how good things really are so I followed the instructions carefully and exposed my first stencil last night. It was a very detailed design and I did at every point think to myself.... I might have pushed it a bit but the exposure turned out brilliant. I haven't printed with it yet but if it turns out as nicely as the exposure then I am convinced I chose the right kit to start with. Customer service has been brilliant also with quick responses to my multiple questions. Even at the weekend. Well done.

My partner and I made an order with them months ago that went great and smoothly. However we made a second order at the beginning of May that went south really quickly. We did not receive 3 of the items we had paid for. We emailed immediately after discovering this and waited 2 weeks in which we did not receive a response. After that we spoke to their website online chat to which they admitted that they did not have the items we ordered in stock and said they would send a refund that would take up to 48 hours to clear. After about 5 days we gave up waiting for the refund so decided to open a dispute via PayPal. After about month of PayPal trying to resolve the dispute, we spoke to one of PayPal’s online agents and they stated that there was a note from the seller saying they were having difficulty completing the refund however this was not relayed to us by email at all. Paypal have now just closed the dispute stating that the seller has not provided additional information and so we finally received our refund. All in all, Art2Silkscreen have great items however they need to improve on their customer service as this could have been dealt with a lot better.

Bought the Titan kit from Art2Silkscreen a couple of weeks ago and got a great deal. The printing press itself was as described, solid and robust and when printing more than one colour holds its registration. The UV bulb exposes an A4 image perfectly, make sure you buy a spare bulb to expose A3 images (just ask customer service at checkout). Exposure time is around 7 minutes using the red emulsion and you'll coat approx 20+ large screens with the amount supplied in the kit. Overall support has been amazing and I highly recommend the starter Titan kit to anyone starting out in screen printing.
