My first appointment was cancelled last minute after constantly getting text and call to 'remind' me of my appointment. Got rescheduled, walked in and no one was there to greet us, finally when someone came over, they were just quick, not a hi, hello anything just" what do you need?"

We were in and out with the doctor pretty quickly, but when it came time to picking no one helped at all. No one told about any deals, asked if we needed help, certain type we were looking for. The only interaction I had with anyone was telling me what insurance covered and showed me the name brand frames and told us to pick from that. We were a huge inconvenience when we were ready, the lady said MAYBE two sentences to us, didn't explain what I was paying for out of pocket.

When we went to pick up the glasses we were rushed she handed them to us and said have a good day. She was very annoyed that I was making my daughter try them on in case they needed to be adjusted. All she said is she can come back later to adjust them. Normally they sit with you see how they fit have you move around, nope they all just wanted to go back to their phones and chit chatting.

I recently visited America's Best for a new pair of glasses, and I must say, I had an excellent experience. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Jerry and Sandy, who went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect pair of glasses that would suit my face shape.

The parking was very accessible, and the store was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Moreover, Lauren the optometrist was very cool and patient in explaining my prescription to me, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend this America's Best branch for anyone in need of eye care services. The staff is top-notch, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the optometrist is knowledgeable and patient. I can confidently say that I had a great experience at America's Best and will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Finale & the team. Dr. Finale was very thorough with her exam and explanations, and was extremely kind. I was assisted by the technician as soon as I came in. It was a very pleasant experience

I have been going to americas best for seven years . They have completely lost their touch . I was picking up my contacts . I walked in and said hi . No one greeted me . I made good eye contact and was loud enough . Front desk ignored me and continued to type .Did I get super powers and become invisible ?They seemed annoyed. I kept waiting and even went to the restroom. At some point finally someone helped me. I got my contacts and left .

Horrible. Will never go back. First time I went the appt was cancelled cause I needed a code from insurance. They never told me this. Then I call insurance and they say oh it’s the provider who usually calls. They were busy and apparently it was too much trouble for them to call. Then I get a text a day for a week to remind of an appt then they cancel it. So done with this place. Don’t even bother.

This was my second visit. The first vivsit was great ( a year ago). This visit. I didn't get a chance to have my eye exam. I was on time and waited almost 40 minutes until I went up to the counter and told the lady at the desk to cancel my appointment, since no one has acknowledged me since i checked in. I would have be fine with an update, if they were running behind. Instead they just ask for my name to cancel. No apologies.

While the doctor and staff are very friendly, this location is very unorganized and SLOW!!! The first time I went a year ago, the office was moving so slowly that after and hour and a half, I still hadn't finished my eye appt. The customer ahead of me was also irritated about how long the process was taking. The doctor said she would order some trial contact lenses for me and that it would take 2 weeks. A month later, I still hadn't received a call about the contacts. I called them to find out the status, and they hadn't even been ordered! They ordered them that day, but that meant another 2 weeks for them to come in. I went to them again this year for my yearly check (only because of my insurance), and I am having the same problem getting the trial contacts that the doctor ordered. It's been well over a month and still no call from them. I called today, and one pair has come in and yet I never received a call from them. The receptionist said that the second pair hadn't been checked in yet, and that they don't send a text notice until both pairs are in. It makes me wonder how long the second pair has been waiting to be checked in. In addition, the doctor did not notice the white spot on my iris while doing the exam. It wasn't until she was done that I remembered to ask her what the white spot was. She looked again with her equipment and said she needed to refer me to a corneal specialist. Not a problem, but why didn't she notice it while doing the exam? What if I hadn't noticed it? I've been going to the corneal specialist for over 6 months now to keep following up on the issue, but wouldn't have been referred to them if I hadn't said something to the doctor. I won't be returning to this location, and will probably go to the one on Oracle since it has good reviews on Google.
