I've bought thousands of dollars of reloading and shooting equipment from Ben Stoegers online store. Never again. I like supporting smaller business within the shooting industry, so rather than going to Amazon or optics planet I paid a little more and ordered a Holosun EPS carry from Ben Stoeger. I accidently ordered the full size, didn't even open the box (says "full size" right on the box) and contacted Stoeger's shop to ask for an exchange. Over a few weeks of trying to contact them with no response (2 emails, 3 phone call messages, 1 guy saying he'd call me back and never did) I finally got a hold of someone that said they don't do any kind of returns or exchanges whatsoever on red dots. Again, this was unopened and ANY other online store would have exchanged the red dot without a problem. I will never shop here again. Back to supporting the big guys like optics planet.

Placed my first order with Ben Stoeger Pro Shop this weekend. They cancel my order first thing Monday for no reason. I email them asking why. No response. No explanation. Rather than completing paid orders or responding to customers, they post lame IG photos and spam me with unsolicited marketing emails. Garbage business. Garbage people.

UPDATE

They responded that they don't ship certain parts to certain states. Yet, this is not stated on the website, policy page, or product page. Neither does their website prevent orders for certain products based on shipping addresses in certain states.

Regardless, the parts in question are not illegal in said state. Clearly, this retailer does not support the 2A or the 2A community. Might as well not be in the 2A industry. All the negative reviews are right.

Absolutely LOVE BSPS! I order online, they have all the Great pistol accessories at a great price. Always ship quickly. Probably ordered about a dozen Sprinco TSK's, and they Added extra decals for me. I'll be a customer for life. I tell everyone about the shop. Thanks guys! Great work!

My interaction is only through the website. Ordered 2 items in 2 separate orders and they came well packaged, 4 days ahead of schedule, and was what I ordered. I think they shipped the items nearly same day which is great. Thanks! Will shop again.

I own Legion X5. I wanted to use suppressor sights and lose the fiber optic inserts on the front. Small problem. The rear sight is attached to the MOS plate.

I was told it was impossible by Sig and should look for an aftermarket option. I found the SIG P320 X5 Legion / M17 / M18 plate and also am able to install suppressor sights.

order a giude rod from Ben pro shop got it the mail after installing did not like how it was made called them up seem like no problems to return so ship it back. And 1 week later got email said approved return all was good. following week got another email said return denied said it was not new can't be return. even tried to get a store credit. so long story short becarful ordering parts here because you will be stuck with them no matter what. To your reply. I was 100% clear when I called telling them I have installed the part and then took it back out. But that's OK the manufacturer had no problem to give me store credit to make a big order threw them
