If I were able to give zero stars, I would. My experience today was 100% piss poor pathetic. There were very few people waiting when I signed in. I was checked in quickly and taken back quickly as well. I was even taken quickly for a chest x-ray. After that, it was a 180 degree turn around. I sat and waited for 90 minutes to be seen by a physician. At that point, the nurse that took me back checked on me and I told her I was not happy that I had been waiting so long. She said she would check with the provider, but I got no follow up after that. I sat now for another 60 minutes at which point I asked to speak within someone in charge. They could not produce anybody for me to talk to. I ended up walking out and not being seen. The clerk at the check out desk said I was good to go when I walked by. I told her I sat for two and a half hours and was not seen by a physician. She knew I was angry and her response was they were having a busy day with 100+ patients. I saw all of 6-8 people while I was there. Take my advice if you've read this far, if you need an urgent care, drive a few extra miles to find another one. Patient first Montgomeryville sucks!! They are strictly there as a business. They are not out to take care of individuals in need of medical attention.

This was an amazing experience all the way around. I had a very limited amount of time and the staff was quick, efficient and friendly. I told them what my concern was and they quickly got urine and blood samples and read the results in record time. Everyone was very attentive. I will be coming here again in the future (even though I pass a few other urgent cares on the way). I’m so happy I gave this place a try since I was in the area.

Diagnosis bruise. Called two days later to say hairline fracture. Had to go back for splint and wait for 4 hours for that only with just 6 people in front of us. Medical attention really not the best, and I’m convinced they all went to lunch while we waited. Then, the tech was going to splint her shin when the phone call I received was for a broken knee… Low vote for competence. Waste of an entire day with a senior parent suffering the entire time…. And then had to return and request a disc of the X-rays for orthopedic that they forgot to give us. Y’all can do better…

Prefer coming here versus the local ER, the staff is friendly and actually interested in what’s going on with you. Patient first is always my first choice for urgent care. I’ve never had to wait to be seen more than 10 minutes and always get an answer for what I’ve come for. Love them y’all are doing an amazing job I will continue to seek out Patient First for my urgent care needs. I’ve been to multiple locations with other individuals and have always had a great experience.

I understand patient first can’t do anything about the volume of patient’s. Was in the waiting room for 2 hours. Then taken back and waited another two hours. Only for someone to come in and ask why we were here. We had already explained it twice and gave the same description each time. Then when was time to be seen (the tech said we were next) without seeing doctor they asked for a chest x ray. Tech assured us as soon as x ray done we would be seen. Not so much. Continued to wait. While waiting in hall while my child got an X-ray saw people who came into waiting room long after us leaving. Clear we were forgotten about.

I was unable to get an appointment at my family doctor so I went to Patient First. I didn't know what to expect because the last time I was there was during the height of COVID. I had a great experience. I was only in the waiting room 5-10 mins before I was taken back. I was seen by a PA within 10 minutes. She was very nice but also listened to me. Did a few tests and was able to diagnose me. I was out with a prescription in hand in less than 1 hr from when I walked in. Very efficient.

My experience with Patient First was perfect. From the fast check in, to the awesome nursing staff and doctor.
I like Patient first cause I feel like they care and they listen. All my experiences with Patient First have been spot on, and they have diagnosed and treated my symptoms to a tee. I feel confident with them to treat my health.
