We can only give 5 stars as that is the maximum allowed however we would give more to Dr. Multani and his staff at the Niagara Region Medical Walk in Clinic. We have been seeing Dr. Multani for over 3 years now, closer to 4 and he has always made time to listen to our concerns, very professional, and always understanding with compassion. The staff are all very much the same. We both recommend this Dr. and the clinic to anyone who needs such wonderful care.

I recently visited this clinic, from the moment I arrived, staff was welcoming and professional, handling all my questions and concerns with great care. Their attention to detail and empathy made my visit significantly more comfortable and reassuring.

Visiting from out of province, needed a prescription for my child who became ill. Entered and was greeted promptly, told how long the wait time was, was seen within 45 min and given prescription in hand. Perhaps it was not a busy day but things ran efficiently. Front desk staff pleasant, and Dr. Sidhu was great. Thank you!

Called at clinic around 9am on Sep 21st, 2024 ( Today ) , I have concerned about my health and asked that you guys cover insurance and girl who picked up the call was very very rude and gave me answer like they dont care about patient.. No manners I have expirienced this twice.. they should teach some manners to receptionist and how to handle call kindly... Prefer to go other clinic but not this and dont even call. Its thier duty to guide patient.

So I met up with dr Ken Abrahim .and I was concerned about my thyroid.i want to done these blood work done but the thing is he doesn’t write or prescribe me for thyroid.
They waste my one week just for the normal reports.and i am student I don’t have any health card i waste my 300 $.

I don’t know our reviews will help or not but this clinic is worst we have been there 4-5 time and except 1 time we always had worst experience ,they give you the time when your turn is coming but at that turn time you might have to wait again for around 45-60 minutes ,I don’t say it is the fault of doctors I fond their management has problems so please try to improve your management .One more thing most of the doctors are nice except some time they will do your check up within 2-3 minutes that is not good as they should respect your time as well and one doctor her last name is sidhu she is the nicest one . thanks .

Ensure to be there before your appointment time. A minute late to your appointment will have you rescheduled for SOME weeks. There's no crime getting there before your appointment time. Their services are available to all.

Absolutely the worst reception and front office staff. They have a long history of rudeness and unwillingness to answer their phones or return calls. Why they all haven't been fired and replaced is beyond me. The doctors that operate from this office are the unfortunate recipients of their ineptitude.
