We walked in here on a weekend as my son had a pretty solid ear infection and we saw a doctor after a long wait which is understandable.

They are located on Yonge and Elmwood in a very busy area. There is paid street parking and paid public parking at the rear.

The lady at the front was pretty receptive and friendly to us.

The doctor, Dr. Rajiv, was really nice and seemed professionally knowledgable. He listened properly and did the examination pretty sound. He was really nice and friendly.

They are located on the second floor, and their only flaw is that the space is pretty small and waiting there is not really reasonable while everyone is sick.

Overall, I liked the service and how professional the doctor was.

I think the reliability of a doctor/clinic is the most important thing besides the convenience of proximity when a sick person chooses to go to a walk-in clinic.

When the sick person (me) arrives 1.5 hours prior to the advertised closing time of the clinic and is denied service by an abnormally nonchalant albeit cheery front desk lady it’s disappointment time. According to her, although the clinic was empty, they weren’t taking any more patients.

Of course, it’s Friday and she didn’t strike me as the type that will spend 1 second past 4:30pm (on a normal day) let alone on a Friday when it’s the weekend. The doctor is probably a hardworking nice guy but the front desk lady’s values are not looking out for the patient, clearly going home early on a Friday is more important.

Anyone considering this clinic should take this into consideration because if I had known that this lady is so punctual about going home early, I would not have made the trip to that clinic or I would have tried to come early to not waste my time.

Most fantastic experience at a walk-in clinic, possibly ever. A marvel of operational efficiency. Arrived at 10:00. Receptionist was super nice. I filled out a quick form with what was wrong. She informed me that my appointment is at 11:25. I did not have to stay at the clinic to wait. I came back a little early just in case. The doctor saw me at 11:25. He was super nice too! I was out within 5 mins. And even had the option of filling my prescription at the pharmacy inside the clinic.

This was one of the best experiences with a walk in clinic. I chose this clinic based on its reviews and that they are a family clinic; knowledgeable about kids as well.
The receptionist was friendly, the wait time was so reasonable, 35 mins or so. You could see that the doctor wasn't wasting time, had people in and out.
The young male doctor was so knowledgeable and pleasant.
This was a very smooth visit for 2 young kids, which could have been difficult if they had to wait for over 2 hours( which is the usual wait time at a walk in).
We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a treatment here today. I sent an e-mail and made a reservation for a walk-in in the morning, but it was possible to make a reservation at 1 pm on the same day, and I proceeded with the reservation. The staff responded quickly to emails and made it easy to visit. In fact, if you open the small door right next to the burger house, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The staff was friendly and the doctor took good care of my areas of discomfort. The doctor knew that I could speak Korean, so he called a Korean secretary, so it was very comfortable to explain the symptoms of my illness. Willing to visit this place again. They are very friendly and professional.

The doctors here are great. Jason Hu is who I normally go for:) Vajji is my family also very nice! However, one of the female staff, Catherine, often jumps into situations without asking for any context. I’ve observed her a few times, struggling to type on the keyboard due to her long nails, which affects her efficiency. Her attitude is consistently rude, showing little empathy towards patients. During my recent visit, I simply asked my family doctor who should fill out my form, and she abruptly yelled at me, insisting I could only consult one family member at a time.

The receptionist, Dr. Balasuriya, and the pharmacist were all very nice and kind. I went in for the walk-in clinic for a persistent cough and the receptionist was able to give the time of when the doctor would see me (roughly an hour after I had come in). I was able to go out and come back in and the doctor saw me roughly around the same time the receptionist said he would. The doctor listened to my symptoms and prescribed meds. The visit was brief.

Dr Rajiv was really helpful and friendly. They went beyond to take on walk-in patients and help reduce the burden on hospitals. I wish we had more of these high-quality Cliniques in the city and that they would run longer on Sundays. The pharmacy staff were so friendly and helpful too.
