So grateful to have found pinpoint and Dr. Osli !! The clinic is clean, professional and conveniently located. I was recommended to see an Osteopath for some chronic pain that no other professional was able to diagnose. I have been desperate for a knowledgeable professional to guide me and thankfully Osli Hasko is that person!! He is knowledgeable, gentle, patient, and excellent at explaining his medical opinion. He worked with me to help me understand the Root Cause of my pain, his recommended treatment plan, and suggestions for how I can increase the likelihood of smooth recovery. Very grateful and highly recommend.

Was told I should see a chiropractor. Was referred to a chiropractor in the same clinic on the spot. Had the initial appointment and paid out of pocket on the same day. Asked for the invoice and prescription or note referral for the chiropractor for insurance purposes. Only get told a day later that’s an extra $40 to get a note. Will avoid this place at all cost. (And if you wonder why they still get ok reviews, because they literally have a sign on the front desk ask to leave a good review to win something every month)

I’ve been coming to PinPoint - Infinity Health since I moved to Toronto four years ago and have seen multiple doctors here. Each one has been attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing my concerns, with timely follow-ups when needed. The front desk staff are friendly, and the clinic is clean and spacious. They offer variety of services and there is a pharmacy conveniently located next door too. Although it’s a walk-in clinic, it’s best to book an appointment in advance for weekdays and on the same day for weekends. I’m very grateful for this amazing team’s dedication to providing excellent care!

GO HERE!!!! They are incredible! Fast and efficient, the clinic is spotless and the pharmacy rocks. I called another clinic last Thursday, and they said they would call me back, but they never did. In contrast, I filled out the Infinity Health intake form to schedule an appointment, and they called me within five minutes of submitting it. And had me in first thing this morning!!! The doctor’s assistants prescreen you and get the vitals. And then the doctor comes in and is ready to rock’n’roll. She listened to me, heard me, understood me, and within one day, she had already reduced my horrible symptoms and had me on track for a follow-up with a specialist who would pinpoint my issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!!!!! They are compassionate and no-nonsense. My appointment was for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:20 and was out of there by 9:45 with my prescription filled. Unreal. Yesterday I felt helpless to my situation. And thanks to this clinic today I am hopeful!!!! Just go!

I visited your clinic once when I was feeling very ill and weak. I did not book an appointment because I found your clinic listed as a walk-in option on Google. However, upon arrival, I learned that walk-ins are only accepted by appointment, which was my mistake for not checking more carefully. I was extremely unwell and didn’t have the energy to verify the details, but I accept responsibility for that.

However, when I entered, I was greeted by an elderly Asian woman at the reception (I am also Asian). She was cold and unhelpful, repeatedly stating, “We do not take walk-ins, if you are urgent, call an ambulance,” with no empathy or effort to assist me further. While I understand the policy, I found her customer service to be disappointing, especially given my condition. The other staff members were kind, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, particularly in situations where patients are in distress.
