Please get away from this office. They DO NOT care about your well being whatsoever.
I’ve been having a problem for the longest time with the receptionist called Sid (who l believe is working from a foreign country) very rude and unprofessional to the point he never transfer my calls or messages. One of those times I requested a copy of my medical records and they held it for a month after l signed, all because of the unprofessionalism of this person. There were numerous other incidents after this one (All reported to the doctor and manager but nothing was done).
The last thing was this week while I tried to hold communication through the clinic platform (because the receptionist doesn’t even pick up my calls and if he does he puts me on hold or doesn’t even let me talk at all) but nobody answered, I really needed a medication that I take daily and I cannot just stop taking so I called the pharmacy next door to see if they can communicate and try to get my prescription. The pharmacy did! Very efficient and caring staff . l went to pick up the medicine after work juts to find out they sent a WRONG PRESCRIPTION, in fact the medication they sent would've been really bad if i was a person with substance abuse problem. All this miscommunication happened because the doctor refuse to fix this problem with his receptionist who is incapable of transfer proper calls and messages. For what l heard l am not the only person complaining. l wonder how many miss-understandings are happening with older people who are the main patients of his office. This is juts ridiculous.

Horrible experience going here, my mom and I are regular patients. As soon as we walk in they told us to leave because we had no mask. I understand so I proceeded to ask if they could please provide us with some. The reply was that they shouldn’t have to do that for us and told us to leave. The clinic had no patients in the waiting room I can see why. As we stepped outside, there was a group of nurses promoting the clinic with a box full of masks so I asked if we could have 2 masks and there reply was that it was for patients only I tried explaining and they still said we couldn’t have any. Had out appointment at 3:30 today for my mom thyroid pill and now I am worried she won’t have it which gets her really sick.

Do not come here. I broke my foot, got an X-ray on a Tuesday (the radiologist sent the X-ray to the dr here the same day so she could call me with results). It’s been 8 days since I got the x ray, I’ve called 4 times and still havent gotten a call from the dr. Completely unacceptable and a violation of the Hippocrates oath.

This is a medical facility that treats people with physical disorders and many of them have to wait for medical transport. Yet there is no where for people to sit outside while they wait to be picked up. It boggles my mind to imagine why. There's room for a few benches near the sidewalk on the outer edges of the front pillars. Instead people are forced to stand in pain while waiting to be picked up, and for most the waiting is long. I just don't get it!.

Was referred to this location by Eisner Family Medicine, only to have the doctor here refuse to take over my medical case because he did not want anything to do with my health issues and told me to contact my former doctor to help me instead. Literally what I was told.
