Hello my name is ARYAN PATEL I recently went to this Walk in clinic for TWO STEP TB test. Staff was so amazing and supportive. Let's talk about DOCTOR ( very supportive, honest and kind ). He genuinely answered my question. I always recommend to everyone to go this clinic for any situation. I went to this clinic at 12.20 and within 20 minutes I took my TB test . Very fast working environment. Thank you

I had a great experience at the Waterloo Walk-In Clinic. The doctors here are exceptional, especially Dr. Van and Dr. Mall. Both are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough and compassionate care, making me feel comfortable and well cared for.

While the front desk service was decent, I think there’s room for improvement in terms of efficiency and friendliness. Overall, the quality of care from the doctors more than makes up for it. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical attention!

I had a disappointing experience at the clinic in Waterloo. I spent long hours waiting, and when I finally saw the doctors, they were very rushed and didn't take the time to communicate well. Even in the examination room, there were delays, and I felt like I wasn’t given enough attention. When they called with test results, it was a very brief conversation, and they closed the call quickly.

To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic, especially if you’re already feeling unwell. It feels like a waste of time, and the experience was quite frustrating. I've been there three times, and each visit was similar.

I am well amazed how fast this clinic is. I was in and out all within 20mins when I thought I’d be here half a day. The lady who works the front desk too is a very nice kind woman. Great clinic all around.

I don’t generally write reviews, but a humble request to anyone visiting, don’t go to Dr Van, he has literally misdiagnosed me and I had to take a strong medication for a few weeks for a disease I didn’t had! Completely unprofessional and always rude! He didn’t listen to me at all, was in complete rush to just write the medication. No empathy at all. A strong suggestion to anyone visiting this clinic, please stay away from this doctor.

As I sit in the waiting area of this clinic, there doesn’t seem to be any difference to other clinics. Many people waiting with few medical staff. It’s what we have in Ontario, I guess … I trust these people are doing their best.

However, I wonder if this connects with anyone else:

I sit here waiting to be seen by a physician, feeling rather overwhelmed already with feeling ill, and the only ‘comfort’ while I wait is CP24 on the television. My conscience is being blasted with what is wrong with the world, who’s been shot, what group is picketing now, what war is brewing, etc. and I find myself wondering if a simple change of channel could change the demeanour of the patients and medical staff?

I’m no ‘Patch Adams’ but I know all too well that emotional/mental health is directly related to physical health.

Would this be something the staff at this clinic could consider? If people don’t speak up, no one knows, right?!

Thank you for all you do!

Waterloo Walk-In Clinic offers a convenient option for those seeking immediate medical attention. While it's a walk-in clinic, appointments can also be booked in advance, which can help minimize waiting time.

On average, patients can expect to wait around two hours before seeing a doctor. The clinic provides seating arrangements for approximately 25 people, ensuring some level of comfort during the wait. The staff at Waterloo Walk-In Clinic is generally friendly and helpful, making the experience more pleasant.

While the clinic itself is relatively small, it serves its purpose well. However, the ventilation could be improved, especially during peak hours. It's worth noting that in some cases, consultations may take longer than anticipated, depending on the nature of the medical issue.

Overall, Waterloo Walk-In Clinic is a suitable choice for those in need of prompt medical care for common ailments. While the waiting time can be lengthy, the convenience of a walk-in clinic often outweighs the inconvenience

One of the best walk-in clinics. The front desk staff is just awesome. Very attentive and responsive to any questions.
More often than not, they are pretty accurate with their approximate waiting time.
Doctors are also very good, attention to details and help with whatever is needed in the first go itself.
Just a word of caution - avoid visiting on weekends if you can, as waiting times are pretty high, 2+ hours.
