This clinic is great for wait times but there is a reason. The doctors don't take any time to care for patients properly and I've had several misdiagnosis between my family and I. The most recent misdiagnosis was the end of the road for me. I'll never go there again. Went in with swollen mouth and extreme pain. Was examined and told it was due to a cold virus I had and it would go away on its own. It didn't. Went to another doctor and was out on antibiotics right away. It's actually a dangerous infection and the Doctor could t believe I'd been sent home from another clinic and told it'll go away on its own. I do not recommend this walk in or their drs.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience at this clinic. After waiting over 1.5 hours to see the doctor , who I had been trying to meet for two months for a serious medical issue, he refused to attend me and left without any notice or explanation. It’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially given the nature of my concerns.

To make matters worse, rather than the doctor addressing my situation personally, his assistant was sent to attend me many times . This level of care is not only impersonal but demonstrates a complete lack of respect for patient time, effort, and health.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic. If you're dealing with a serious medical issue, I’d highly recommend finding a place that prioritizes patient care, respect, and communication. This experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the standard of care here. Save yourself the hassle and choose a clinic where patients are actually treated as a priority.

I have never encountered a clinic that necessitates multiple phone calls to schedule an appointment with a specialist. This has been my worst experience at a clinic, reflecting a lack of professionalism. It is crucial for the staff to approach their roles with genuine compassion and dedication. Patients arrive seeking not only medical attention but also comfort and reassurance during vulnerable times. It is essential that the staff demonstrate empathy and professionalism, ensuring that each individual feels valued and cared for.

I went to this clinic for a regular checkup, and it was a terrible experience. We waited from 9:30 to 11:00 am, which is ridiculous for a simple checkup. The staff were unprofessional and chatted way too much, making the place feel chaotic. It seemed like a family-run clinic, with people wandering around, laughing, and eating, which was really off-putting.

When I finally saw the doctor, a new nurse tried to take my blood test and messed it up so badly that I had a seizure and blacked out. The doctor kept telling her, "Come on, you know this," but she clearly didn't. I wasn't treated for shock once I woke up, and the staff seemed to be trying to cover up what happened. Luckily, my sister was with me and saw the whole thing. They sent me home to drive myself, with no ambulance or cab offered. I wasn't in the right state of mind to drive safely.

Afterward, I ended up in the emergency room at the nearest hospital. The doctors there were shocked and told me I should consider suing the clinic. They couldn't believe how poorly I had been treated. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a clinic.
In contrast, the walk-in clinic near Eglinton and Mavis, next to a dentist, is much better, with wait times of only 15-20 minutes. I only went to this clinic because I was in a rush for a work checkup, but I won't be going back. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here.

I was waiting to write this incase the first time I went was a bad day. But this has to be the worst walk in clinic I have ever been too. None of the secretaries communicate and know NOTHING. I tried to sign up as a new patient and they couldn’t find any sheets, eventually found one and it was already filled out with someone else’s information that was never looked at. I can’t stress enough how horrible the secretaries know nothing and are horribly organized for a doctors office, the doctor should be ashamed of putting his name to this place. Do not recommend, go ANYWHERE else, they also charge cash and no receipt, very sketchy place

Horrible service, you call and ask how long the wait is and they say it’s 10-15 mins when in fact you have to wait 1-1.5 hours. Doctors are not professional and the receptionist/nurse is not professional either. Their non insured service prices are ridiculously high and they seem to change them whenever they want. Highly recommend going to a different clinic!!!
I came in just 3 days ago and apparently 3 days later the prices are magically changed! What a joke

This clinic in Mississauga is the worst. Prices fluctuate daily, and the staffs are rude. On my first visit, the receptionist told me I only needed to pay once for the doctor's visit, and quoted $160 for vaccines and blood work. On my second visit after one week, however, the receptionist said I had to pay for each doctor's visit separately, that blood work wasn't offered, and quoted $500 for the vaccines alone. Prices change frequently, and the staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Horrible service, secretary with clear eyes did not know the prices well, and it seems that they increase the prices every time. The wait and the attitude from the secretaries was bad. On the other side, Dr. Mohamed is great, her service was outstanding.
