Went today in the evening. My husband lifted heavy spare parts at work and injured his back. Receptionist was very kind and friendly woman, she explained what paperwork to do before seeing a doctor. Doctor Andrew saw him almost at once. Asked lots of questions about pain in the back and how this happened. Gave the prescription for medication and recommended to come again to the clinic after a few days. We were very happy to meet attentive doctor.

My opinion - don't read tons of bad comments, go and have your own experience. That's what we did eventually.

I have never ever had such a terrible experience at a walk in clinic. I have a clogged ear and I was told that a doctor could not help me and had to go somewhere else I have never in my 35 years on this planet never experienced or heard of a doctor that could not help with a situation I'm disgusted by this place and will never go back

Will never go to this clinic again I was there on Monday and seen dr Rodica Cosma. I explained my symptoms and mentioned how I thought I may have pneumonia. She listened to my lungs and said they sounded fine she gave me a prescription for a puffer for the shortness of breath I was experiencing and then said to treat other symptoms with vitamins and warm fluids I was then sent on my way.
Tuesday afternoon I then went to the hospital where I was later admitted due to having pneumonia and Covid and was put on oxygen due to my condition.
I was not heard by this doctor or treated properly be careful when using this clinic.

I’ve just found why the rate is so low! It seems that they’re not serving patients in the first come first serve order. Once I asked them about my position in the line and there was just 1 person ahead of me, after a few minutes they told me there are 4 people ahead of me. The client management is the worse.
They also referred me to an ultrasound clinic with the wrong address. I lost my appointment because of their mistake! It was a terrible experience!

Called the clinic before I showed up and they told me it would be about a 30 min wait. I have been sitting here for 2.5 hours now and somehow people who have showed up LATER than me are going before me. Plenty of other walk-in clinics in KW. I recommend going to any others.. it’s what you’d expect a clinic being attached to a Walmart would be.

I had an exceptional experience at this clinic, particularly with Dr. Ramjohn Zaid. He is an incredibly talented and composed physician who listened attentively to our concerns and prescribed precise medication. His professionalism and expertise are remarkable, and I wish he could be our family doctor

Swear the doctors who work there are idiots. Went there at 8:45. 15 minutes before opening and was the first person there. I had to wait until 10 because no doctor was there despite it being open at 9. The doctor proceeds to take 1 look at me and give me a random prescription without doing any tests or anything and she is unsure of if it will work or not. The week before that I went and the male doctor did the same thing so for 2 weeks I have been sick and taking medication that is irrelevant to my problem.

Pneumonia went though our household like wild fire- quickly and fiercely. Within a span of about a week we needed to visit the clinic 3 times on walk in basis to get reassessed and meds adjusted. Every time- attentive, thorough and comprehensive assessment within the space that houses this clinic! Really appreciate everything you guys do given volumes are unpredictable and needs change rapidly. Receptionist- responsible and had everything on lovk. Answered the call when we cqlled. Docs- knowledgeable. Thank you.
