I absolutely love this store, it has provided me the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I usually go in at 6 am when I get off work and is always well stocked and clean. If they don’t have something, as they are usually putting things out at this time an employee is always quick to offer to check in the back when you ask. The produce is always fresh. The staff that I encounter is always incredibly friendly and offer to help if I need anything. They greet me w a friendly good morning, I even had one make me laugh w riddles as I shopped around him putting items on the shelf. That early there usually aren’t many lanes open and the self check out can get backed up, but I don’t mind as I prefer to do it myself anyway. The digital coupons make it even better. Which the courtesy counter staff taught me how to use since I’d never done it before.

Nice, clean. The manager, Trevor is one òf the most patient & nicest person that I've ever met. Always helping me without any hesitation. Always smiling & good vibes. The store has a very good atmosphere. Check it out. Fresh products in every department it's a must see & visit market. They also have a pharmacy & a clothing depth. It's Awesome. Thank you for reading my experience.

I was charged twice for Brawny paper towels. I noticed after I got to the parking lot. I called customer service to ask if they wanted to see the item before I could be reimbursed. She said come to customer service. There is no one here! I can't believe it. Now I see they are gone for 45 minutes. Not very good service considering how expensive Kroger is.

We come to this Kroger because it is conveniently close to our house but it is honestly the worst grocery shopping experience. The organic produce is always sloppy or non-existent. The carts are all broken, you have to sift through twenty carts to get one that works properly. It’s very unfortunate because it’s not Kroger, it’s THIS Kroger, which just so happens to be the closest to my home. Bummer.

using online shopping and grocery pickup service, every time I order canned goods, they always stuff all the cans into 1 bag, which ends up being too heavy and falling apart. this last order there were 14 cans, 1 pickle jar, 1 peanut butter jar, 2 boxes of broth, plus more fruit items all jammed into one bag. I have reported this problem multiple times but nobody listens to me. aside from the danger you cause by overloading the bag and risking these items falling on my foot, the bag is too heavy for me to lift, so I have to empty out all the cans one at a time from my trunk into the house. why cant you limit the # of cans per bag? I would think 4 or 5 cans would be enough. Not 14 plus tons of other stuff. I would have given just one star, but because Jaunita is always so nice to me at the pickup when she loads my car, I gave you an extra star. the guy who loaded my car this time was nice. your shoppers/pickers/baggers need training not to overload the bag. Please stop putting 15 canned goods in one bag! use more bags. 4 cans per bag is enough!

Yesterday I picked up an order. One of the sodas I ordered was not in stock apparently and a substitution was made. I did not like the substitution and said that I did not want it. Instead of saying "Sure, no problem, I'll just take these off for you" the lady that brought my order out immediately got an attitude and was slamming the sodas around on the cart. Incredibly rude and I will not revisit this location.

Day before Grand Opening and sales galore! This Kroger is on State Street in New Albany, Indiana. Free ham to the first 500 people in door starting at 8 AM 9-14-27. Well stocked and ready and new clothes area, too.

Kroger sponsored the Coca Cola Caravan and Santa on Dec 6th in the New Albany Plaza. It was beautiful and had Santa taking pics with kids and adults alike. It was fun for all. Coca-Cola travels all over US with their lit up tractors and trailers to brighten the day for every one and share a Coke.

Kroger has all your special decorating needs. Several different kinds of Nutcrackers and light up snow globes. You will see the Christmas tree and presents as you come in the doors. There is so much more than a beautiful grocery store!

This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and had the cart lock up on me as I was trying to exit the store. This is a dangerous device. I had my paid stickers on all my products and my receipt in hand. You need to hire full time security if theft is an issue here rather than putting my well being in danger from this device.
