Mi esposa tuvo que esperar como un mes para su cita. Llega el día de la cita, fue en el camión desde Gypsum, y le dicen que no la pueden atender a la hora que tiene la cita. Que se tiene que esperar. Y ella tiene que regresar a recoger La Niña de la escuela. Entonces no pudo esperar y tuvo que regresar en camión otra ves sin ser atendida. Entonces: no me parece justo, que irresponsabilidad del personal de la clínica. Piensan que las personas no tiene cosas importantes que hacer. ?

Pesimo servicio ... me tienen que hacer un LEEP, y la clinica en avon co medical center.. aun sigue esperando mi record medico, cuando ellos llaman nunca contestan. La ultima vez en mi cita media en medical mountain el 5 de diciembre estas personas dijeron que ya lo habian enviado. Me acaban de enviar un correo de la clinica medical mountain diciendo aun que no tienen nada que se cancelara mi proceso si no lo tienen pronto.. muy decepcionada por el mal servicio que dan aqui.

Excelente atención desde la recepcionista, enfermeras y el doctor proveedor.
Lleve todo mi control de embarazo sin ningún problema ni contratiempo, de hecho mis hijos son atendidos también y siempre nos reciben con una sonrisa, son muy atentos y te hacen sentir cómoda de principio a fin.

Gracias a los doctores Zack Kent, Adriana Meyer y Rachael Hickman y a todas las enfermeras que atienden en Edwards y Avon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2024 y el personal no sirve para nada!!!

This office is hard to find, no signage, have to go outside and down to the lower level. I waited 5 minutes while the receptionist was talking to someone. They didn't know how to enter the insurance info and another person had to help. After waiting 40 minutes and watching all the other people who came in after me get called in while I was just still waiting I had to just leave to pick up my kids. I'll just go to Colorado Mountain Medical. No wonder this clinic has so many negative reviews.

I have never ever gone to the a doctor and been told that I have to reschedule because I was one to two minutes late. I had an appointment for my daughter last week at 3:45 pm. We walked I. To this appointment at 3:46 pm. We had to wait to “check” in because they were helping other people. It was finally our turn. Signed the required papers, sat down to wait only to be called up to the desk a minute later to be told that I had to reschedule because the doctor was too busy and we were late!!!! I was so taken back that I wasn’t really sure what to say so I rescheduled and walked out of there with my daughter to shocked to even say anything. This was an appointment that was very important to my daughter because she has Tourette’s and the medication she is on is making her life miserable. Needless to say, I will never take her back to this place because apparently the patients are not very important to them!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!

Very hard to find with little signage in the parking lot. You have to go behind the building through a small door that looks like an emergency exit rather than an entrance. The front desk is not reliable and hard to reach and the medical staff is impossible to reach. While the doctors are nice the clinic itself isn't worth it.

The medical field is short-staffed and behind just like every other business these days. However, Deb Burns N.P., makes the visit worth while. I have visited plenty of other caregivers in the area at any given time. Their time with you is typically dictated by the insurance companies and you will get about 5 - 10 mins with them if you're lucky. Mountain Family Health and Debra Burns, N.P., make you feel as though they truly care about solving your issue. They take the time and listen to whatever they issue may be. Deb is very good at looking at the problems from a different perspective and seeing all routes available to solve them. Deb has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel truly looked after. Thank you!
