The team at Summit was phenomenal! At the time I was distraught for taking a fall and breaking my front teeth (two weeks before my sister’s wedding) while on vacation, and I was a blubbering mess. Although I didn’t express gratitude as much as I wanted to because I was feeling defeated and broken, now I can say that they did an amazing job at reassuring me and walking me through the entire procedure that needed to be done to hold me off until I was able to get back home and see my regular dentist. Dr Mitchell , Dr Ben and their entire staff, are just great at what they do. The customer care I receive is always genuine , compassionate , and professional. They always make me feel comfortable , even if I am getting drilled for an hour !

They will ensure you something is covered by insurance when it absolutely isn’t and then make it your problem after the procedure is completed and the claim is denied. They should do more due diligence for their customers and their insurance before proceeding with very expensive procedures that may not be covered. Very displeased and will be finding a different dentist that’s honest and upfront in the future. Would not recommend.

Everyone at SDG have always been kind and accommodating. Their work is exceptional. I am grateful they offered to get started on my issue immediately and were very clear and willing to work out the financial obligation between timing and insurance. Five stars all-round.
