Larson dental clinic is the worst army dental clinic I have ever used in my 11 years in the army.

My number one issue is they do not answer their phone so if I am busy at work and I need to schedule an appointment I have to physically drive 15 minutes across post to make an appointment in person.

While inside scheduling my appointment I watch them just let their phone rings and periodically pick up the phone just to hang up on who is on the other line.

In my opinion they need to really get this place together. Soldiers do not get to choose their dentists and we deserve good care just like the civilians get.

I've only been here twice in the 3 years I've been here but both were relatively positive. The first time I had a filling done and suffered from some pain afterwards. The second time was to have myself medically cleared. Both times I was treated with professionalism.

I’m giving them 5 starts due to the fact that I was eventually seen and had an appointment with an outside dental office the same day! I will warn that they only answer the phone early in the morning. If you call anytime in the afternoon; you probably don’t get answered. I suggest calling as soon as they open or just walk in (like me lol). They do get very busy so have some compassion people!!

If you have Ms. Backman as a hygienist you should probably reschedule. I will give 5 stars when they fire her.

Outstanding experience! This is easily one of the better dental facilities in the Army. The staff is receptive and polite, the lobby and restrooms are very clean and the facility is well kept. The dental assistants and dentists are just great, they were much more informative and helpful than I could have ever asked for regarding my options.

I've been calling for the last 2+ hours and no one is answering during business hours.

Update: It has been days. Still nothing. I assume they're closed for COVID-19, but they should atleast update that information on their phone system and provide notice of where to redirect calls to.
