Thanks to Dr Hawar Al Haddad and Claire the receptionist for their support when my dental splint fractured. Dr Al Haddad arranged for impressions to be made and sent the splint for repair. I was relieved when it was returned to me. I appreciate the perennial positive, calm attitude and efficiency of Claire, receptionist, whom I could observe handling many stressful and very demanding situations on the front line with professionalism. She had rude customers, on the phone, making unreasonable demands and she maintained her dignity and cool. I am aware that the receptionist and clinical dental staff sometimes work at the weekend and that reception staff have admin to do even on their time off unpaid. I don't think this is even known or appreciated by the public, many of whom access NHS dentistry at this practice at a low cost and behave as if they are entitled to it.

This dental practice does wonders! I have been three times now. First for a check up, second for a filling which was done beautifully. And third for composite bonding to be done on two teeth. Sousan was my dentist and she did a great job on my bonding as well as my filling previously. She was patient and took her time to perfect my teeth. Although I left with some very sore gums, I am very happy with my smile.

Always an excellent service from Dr Saovsan and her colleagues. I've just completed the fitting of a crown, and couldn't be happier with the end result. Dr Saovsan informed me of all procedures throughout the treatment and always worked in a calm & professional manner. Two check ups and a filling, clean and polish today could not be more happy. I dread dentist don't know why as the experience was nothing to be afraid of. The dentist, assistant and all the reception staff have shown nothing but great professionalism and I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I won't be anxious anymore as I know I'm in good hands. I was just late by 8 minutes due to bus being late by 25 minutes and they didn’t see me where as mostly we need to wait for 20 minutes to see the dentist. Not fair enough. Next time you guys need to see me on time otherwise i have the right to refuse as well. Literally fuming as i woke up 8.30 am for 11 am appointment. Came from Manchester, walked 30 minutes to get bus but if it was late that’s not my fault. You guys need to be more accommodating. Thanks.

I recently had a crown fitted at the Smart Dental surgery. I was so pleased with the result. The procedure was quick and painless. Thank you to the amazing Dr Ahmed, who immediately put me at ease. I'm always a little nervous before any procedure, but Dr Ahmed talked me through the process, making me feel comfortable and confident. He did a great job!
