This place is a scam. Do not go here. Also, the billing department lady is rude and ask me "are you done?" Because I was confused as to why I was being charged and extra copay for nothing. They are literally trying to charge me a copay because they didn't order my prescription and I had to call back in 3 days later to remind them. So now I have a "telemedicine" charge because they didn't order my medication. Is there a place to report billing malpractice? That's gotta be fraud or something.

The two girls up front are so rude and have the worse attitude towards the customers. They don’t communicate properly or act with respect towards others especially to the patients going in. They give you paperwork with attitude and also don’t give out the right information and make patients waste time. The front desk employees were rude, unhelpful, and obnoxiously eating for the 1.5hrs I waited. They did not inform me of an estimated wait time, they just said to sit and wait for my name to be called. Once finally called back, the whole thing took 13minutes. Never experienced this kind of service at a clinic. Professionalism is with respect and kindness and not talk about the patients right in front of them, while they are watching and hearing you. Also, the clinic keeps changing doctors, do not be surprised if you see a new doctor every time you come here. Ridiculous (Dr-Joshi moved to Apollo family medicine clinic in Alpharetta)

Great experience, the provider (Cici) took excellent care of my partner. She goes above and beyond and was so considerate of the fact he is uninsured and did things in a way that would help him the most. One of the most positive experiences I have ever had at an urgent care!

Went in there with questions for the doctor and this man said “hold on one second” in the middle of our conversation, got up and left and never came back. I still got charged for the visit but thankfully i have enough medical literacy to be confident that my knowledge on the subject is greater than his and i just asked the front desk lady for a referral elsewhere- she was extremely helpful and kind. The main doctor there is not it- would definitely reccomend you go elsewhere unless you just need a referral

I love doctor joshi but the lab workers and receptionist are such a disappointment to this beautiful clinic. The lab reports came out for my mom with low platelets (extremely low that she isn’t even suppose to be able to walk) my mom was terrified for HOURS but I didn’t believe the results because my mom is perfectly fine and she is dealing with her daily life well. Today morning my mom went to emory hospital to get a CBC again and hours later reports from emory came back normal. So my mom and I went back to the clinic to confront them but not sue them and the receptionist behavior towards my mother was unprofessional and unkind in my opinion. Even when calling my mother the day before about her lab reports. The receptionists didn’t even check in with my mom about her health and went straight to a follow up. This was extremely disappointing because they should be asking my mom on the phone call how she is doing WHILE reviewing her reports. My mom received no apology from anyone and once again she could’ve sued them for this extreme mistake but she didn’t because mistakes happen. And yet she still got no apology but disrespect from the receptionist and shockness from the assistant doctor about the difference in georgia clinic lab reports compared to emory lab reports. And once again no apology. I understand that it was the lab workers fault at Georgia clinic, but the georgia clinic wouldn’t be there for their nurses, doctors, lab workers, receptionists, etc. So my mom at least deserved an apology which she didn’t get….

I go to the Alpharetta location and we've seen Dr. Boyd. Excellent bedside manner. Very down to earth. Takes his time with his patients. Staff is also very courteous. Clean place.
