The doctors have cared for me since I was a toddler. My Mother moved us here after a bad experience at another surgery. The doctors and nurses are caring and listen to concerns. Dr Marshall is fantastic with skin complaints like eczema and Seborrheic dermatitis. Dr Mills has supported me well with my mental health the past few years. Dr J O’Dowd is very very helpful with women’s health such as PCOS and is very understanding about the difficulties associated. The nurse Susan gets to know you as a patient and your family and cares about your general well-being. The practice have always been very supportive towards my family and Dr Marshall came out on a house visit to my late Father. Their online portal system is open between 8:30-10:30 to request help with a health professional. The receptionists that have been there for years are very good with our family and know us well. The newer receptionists don’t have the same rapport with patients and can be nippy at times. Generally the practice has been very supportive, kind and accommodating to our family with appointments and their care is great.

I only have positive things to say about this practice! Very quick to help, if a Dr isn't available then they always offer alternative appointments with the nurse or other staff. Each Dr has been lovely to me, friendly, efficient and dealt with my queries in a professional manner. I am happy to always be given appropriate treatment and advice and get the help I need.
Can't praise Susan the practice nurse enough. She has helped me with multiple queries over the last couple of years and she is honestly extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and approachable. Great GP practice. I moved hmto this practice about two years ago and I have only had positive experiences. Any requests I've made for referrals or prescriptions etc have been dealt with appropriately. In the past, I feel I've had to argue my case about certain things but with this GP practice, they really listen. Well done.
