The staff is nice and helpful. It's nice to have a grocery store in the neighborhood but it doesn't have a great selection. Especially when it comes to gluten-free products. Very limited. It's also a little overpriced.

Be very astute when shopping fruits and vegetables here, for example, fresh Blueberries are sold in a 1 Pint container that looks full, giving the elusion that it might just be a pint, but something about the weight appeared a little less to me, so i weighed 3 of them separately, and all 3 turned out to be 3/4 of a pound for $7.99 and No they weren't organic. The store manager said they are by the container and not the weight. Go figure! But for me, it's deception!

I like this store a lot, and considering it is the only good-size one that's walking distance for me, I am happy it is here. Lots of things to look at. I am not giving it 4 stars because I have seen a lot of items that simply don't look fresh. Like "fresh" raw shrimps from Asia... we are close enough to the water here.
The staff are friendly and it is mostly clean. The refrigerator could use a good spring cleaning though.

If you’re into great customer service, this is NOT the place you wanna shop. If you’re into the price you see on the shelf being the same price scanned at the register, this IS NOT the place you want to shop. I called to find out merchandise availability and was told by the assistant manager a timeframe, when I arrived, the information he gave me was incorrect. And rather than hold himself accountable, he thought it was best to argue, be unprofessional and disgruntle with the customer. I had to escalate this to my local ANC so they understand the type of small businesses operating in our neighborhood and ward. I haven’t been back and I won’t be back. For the assistant manager to be so unprofessional, rude, and provide inaccurate information, I see why there is NO customer service with the people out on the registers.

We stopped in and picked up food for a picnic. They had sandwiches and wraps ready. Add some fruit and drinks and we were ready to go. Staff was friendly. The place was clean with a good variety.

Some of the employees are not too helpful and I asked the cashier if she could double the bag and she looked like I asked for a pint of blood. I got roughly 12 items including 2 quarts of milk, eggs and 3 coconut waters. So it was alot.
