3 hours before closing and there wasn’t one single piece of bread nor was she baking any. The one employee there seemed to seriously be mentally challenged. On her phone with gloves on when we walked in. No manager, no help. Behind the counter looked to be a mess. Horrible place. Manager must be fired if they cannot hire anyone other than people like that. Made us stand there for a while before she even addressed us.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This store is a joke. It's filthy. They don't clean or properly replace the empty sofa fountain. The bathrooms are constantly filthy. It has an enormous turnover rate for employees. The management is a c×nt and she made sure to both say and prove it, not only by picking and choosing favorites amongst terrible employees; but making it impossible for anyone that needs a job, that she dislikes, blacklisted from nearly every job in this joke of a town. It seriously needs new management and employees that actually care.

Stopped in there today with my three kids to get some snacks on our long road trip. There were five of us total at the checkout. One of the employees yelled at me to get out of the way as she needed to go outside and then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t be standing there ( the spot in between the two registers) but I was standing there to help my kids get their snacks on the counter and there wasn’t really anywhere else for me to stand. It’s stressful enough taking three young children into a gas station during a global pandemic! The other cashier noticed how rude the employee was to me and tried to reason with her as she was rushing outside but the employee just ignored it. Nobody should ever speak to customers that way!

Every time we go in, there is a 5-10 minute wait to check out with just one item. They have 2 registers but only accept a credit card at one of them. The other register has a hand written sign that says "cash only and no gas at this register." What is the point of this?! It causes an outrageous line because most people use a card! If you ask about it, you are told to talk to the owner! Today was the 2nd time this month they have been out of the cigarettes my wife smokes, which is a popular brand. We ordered chili cheese burgers, I'm just going to say that chili goes inside the burger not on the outside of the bun. The big glob of mayo in the center of the burger made me want to puke. Service is going down hill fast, which should be their top priority as a new truck stop is about to open. We won't be returning, good luck to this place when the nice new clean store opens.

Now that Westgo has been bought out by Yesway it has totally changed. The prices have been jacked up on the food and they don’t have the new prices posted to let customers know. The new manager doesn’t put out the promo cigarettes like she is supposed to. And it’s just not the same anymore. I’ve dealt with the new manager while she worked at Subway and she was very rude. If I don’t have to go into the store I won’t.

Enjoy their sandwiches but I tried to call to place the order and got no answer. I tried again to call. No answer. So I had to wait while she made sandwich. I told her that I tried to call. She said they were having phone problems. ? I hope they get their phones repaired. I needed to pick up order. Did not have time to wait.
