First, they were 43 minutes late! When I initially addressed one of the delivery guys about set up, he rudely mentioned he only delivers. After going back and forth, he decided to set up the ring. The products are cheap. One of the chiavari chairs was broken so I couldnt use it. More than one linen was stained. I did not get my money's worth and I am so disappointed. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them.

Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT use this company. Not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional (look at how they reply to customers with negative experiences). They make excuses for their lack of service and quality items instead of trying to resolve this error. The quality of the items are filthy and flimsy.

Yes you are correct! I would never rent from you guys. I witnessed how you treated a customer and was utterly disgusted. The older Jamaican fellow was a piece of work! There were 3 women there and two teenage girls who all witnessed this!

The lady at the front desk is very rude. After renting with this company for over 5 years I don’t think I would ever use them again. It’s a shame when poor customer service causes a company to loose a repeat customer. Their delivery guys have always been so respectful and kind when delivering. Hopefully in the future, that level of customer service can translate to their receptionist. Even when offering to pay for the additional days as a result of not being able to return some rental chairs due to the holiday weekend and my work schedule I was still met with an attitude and disrespect.

I was referred to this company by one of my customers who used them for an event they had at their home. Upon arrival I was met with some not so courteous service from the front desk lady. That wasn't such a big deal. So I rented 5 cocktail tables and 5 table cloths for a small event I was having. When we got the tables and cloths to my location, I noticed that 2 of the table cloths were stained. I took video of the stain on both the cloths so I could show them that they were stained prior to usage. Of course, when I bought the tables and cloths back and made them aware that I was issued stained cloths, the gentleman pretty much told me I was lying. He offered me a credit for the price of ONE table cloth for a future rental. Now why on God's green earth would I ever rent anything from them in the future? NO THANK YOU! I WILL DEFINITELY SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND THEY WOULD NEVER GET A RECOMMENDATION FROM ME!

This is Cynthia Burgess. I rented the pipe and drape and two 8ft. columns for a friend’s 10yr wedding renewal vows. This was my first experience decorating on this scale. It turned out very lovely!
