Cascades Dental has the friendliest support staff, gentlest hygienists, and efficient dentists I have ever experienced. I love dentist visits about as much as self-appendectomies as a rule of thumb, but CD makes the experience pleasurable for a change. Not that I’ll start going every week for enjoyment…. But Ms. Kelly was awesome, attentive, and considerate as always, and this last visit I had a time constraint so she transformed into an efficient helping angel, from postponing some optional exams to walking me out to the always smiling support staff. Thanks, CD!

I have worked in the dental field for over 20 years. My instincts of getting a second opinion was right. Cynthia was great with helping me schedule the consult. Jess was amazing and so patient throughout the appointment. Dr Ruparelia exceeded all the expectations for the visit. He was thorough and was able to answer any questions that was asked. It was easy to schedule with knowing we will get taken care of through this extensive treatment. I do have to add that nothing felt rushed or a sales pitch. Thank you Cascades!

Ive had two hygiene visits at Cascades so far and they were both phenomenal. The first appointment was with Kelly and she was excellent. Very gentle and she made me feel comfortable. My most recent visit was with Jenny and she was amazing, too. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They both made me feel at ease, and as someone who is a nervous patient, this was huge for me. I recommend this office over any others in our area!

From day 1 at my consult to 4 months post implant I can't say enough good things. The entire staff is so friendly, caring and supportive. Dr R is the best! He explains everything in detail so you understand what to expect. He's very caring, knowledgeable, friendly. He understood that I couldn't do the full mouth implants at one time. He gave me solutions until I was ready to get the lowers done. I'll be having them done in October. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. R.

This practice is amazing. Seriously. They go above and beyond to personalize patient care. I have moderate anxiety, previous negative experiences and a lot of dental issues. Due to these issues, I've carried a lot of shame and guilt and embarrassment around the appearance of my teeth. Since 2014, my family and I have been coming to this practice. I've never felt more respect, compassion and support from a dental clinic. If you're putting a visit off for any of the reasons I mentioned, I'd give this place a shot. Also, Jenny the hygienist is an absolute delight to be around and always makes me feel at ease.

Cascades Center for Dental Health is an incredible place. All of the dentists are amazing. We are especially grateful for Dr Ruparelia who did an absolutely outstanding job for our daughter, completely restoring her dental health. We love the staff, too. They are competent and compassionate; also extremely well trained, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their facilities are top of the line. If you’re looking for a dentist for the entire family, look no further. Your search is over. They have offices conveniently located in the NOVA area.

Cascades is like no other dentist office I have ever been to. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Every time I go, I am greeted with warm smiles and a comfortable, clean environment. The dental surgeons at Cascades are excellent. The anaesthesiologist is very careful and professional. All the staff are super caring and careful with phobic patients like me. They sedated me and replaced ALL my teeth in one day for about $40,000 inclusive, including scans, 6 hours general sedation, 12 dental implants to anchor the new teeth, 6 months of aftercare, several sets of temporary dentures, unlimited time for questions, adjustments, and corrections... and a gorgeous final set of zirconium teeth. I couldn't guess how many hours they spent with me, but it's not really that expensive by the hour. Their equipment is state of the art. You should see the several sets of 3-D scans of my whole mouth. Once everything is ready digitally, they print out your teeth (several sets) on a 3D printer. I would recommend them without qualms, they're the greatest.
