It’s horrible company. Should not buy any products from them!! I was ordered their products for my children. It’s more than $200! I can realized that the products were missing and some products not matched with school list and they give some product that too much more than school needs and charge it too expensive!! I asked them to return some products but they want me to return full package but when the product was missing they just refund only for the item is missing!! I have to find another item that missing and buy more items that they not provided like on school supplies list. I ordered from them cause I thought I can save my time but it made more waste of money and my time! Actually I didn’t care about refund for only missing. But I can see how they service and respond with customer is very terrible!! They didn’t care for exactly points that customers wanted! They just give the way it’s easy for them! They didn’t give return label. So who needs to return need to pay for shipping it back. I’m so sick with this company. It’s my first time order with them and will be last time. I will recommend all my friends family and school to do not buy products from them!!

We learned our lesson with this company. We ordered a supply pack and paid two months ago. For the start of school my son did not have his supplies. We were never notified the status of his order or anything, we assumed the company did their job and it would be there. WRONG! We tried to contact the company and guess what? There is no phone number for the company, you have to submit a request for them to contact you back. I contacted them Tuesday, no reply and no supplies to date. They did manage to take the funds from my account on a timely fashion. Learn from my experience, you are better off getting the supplies yourself.

My son's PTO recommended ordering supplies from this company, so I did. My son's kit arrived smashed and the cellophane was ripped open. All the packages were open. Markers were loose, so I don't know how dried out they are, crayons were smashed, notebooks twisted and bent. Since the cellophane opened there were loose items like glue sticks that we had to dig through boxes to find. It was humiliating. Families were able to pick up their kits and go to their classrooms while we were standing around searching for glue sticks that we ordered.

I contacted the company asking for a replacement set and got a series of emails trying to nickel and dime me. It's insane. If I spend $80-something on a kit, it should arrive safely. If it doesn't, the company should replace it. My son deserves the same quality of products as everyone else who ordered their kits. I'm very upset with how EPI has treated my family.

Since my child's school changed at the last minute, I went 100 miles to return the product. It was said that the refund would be deposited into your account within 3 days, but it was not. Also, we wanted to buy the correct new product while it was still on sale. They said buy it online and let's send it to the address. The crow lost that too. In short, do not buy products from them. Complete the list yourself one by one. You can complete it cheaper.
