I don't have any complaints. The doctor did a great job with my implant. You can explain any problem you have to him, he always knows how to solve the problem with your teeth and gives me advice and solutions to improve my teeth, I have been visiting the clinic for several years and I am satisfied, he is a very good doctor and everyone in the office.

2022. I have been a customer for several years. I have many appointments to do dental works. Every time I have to wait one to two hours for services. Today, I finally understand the reasons. The front desk, today managed by Lily, was cutting people without appointment in front of me while I waited.

I am changing the one star to 5 stars. Since my last review, the front desk now managed by Charm has make big improvement on scheduling and waiting time. She is people oriented and friendly. The reason I am still with this dentist, Dr. Santos, is that he is doing good works on my teeth and implants. He is always smiling and nice to patients.

This is the best place for a treatment. I am a client overe 10 years they always take Care on the services provided. It is true that sometimes you have to wait a little bit more than the usual. In my opinion I prefer wait more time then go on a dentist that do everything fast just o take your money and don't do a great job.

My family and I went to get our teeth clean last Friday and it was great. It's been a while since we have had such a wonderful experience at a dental office. Dr. Tran and his staff was very friendly and professional. He made us feel comfortable and we are very happy with his work. I'm definitely coming back.

I don't understand and agree with all the bad reviews everybody that works there is super friendly. They explained to me in great detail what issues I had to be concerned for. They showed me the x-rays on a computer next to me very clean professional environment. I am taking my son there next week and made them my new primary place for dental work. It's a shame people leave bad reviews for a dental office that doesn't deserve them.Give them a chance you won't be dissapointed.

I paid $500 for the first treatment and $460 for the second treatment. I was told to pay $70 for the third treatment. I need to add a root canal treatment, so I have to pay $1070. This is the payment for the treatment process. The cost of cleaning the teeth is $600 and the cost of the surgery is $1500. This is all the expenses I should pay, but because my language is unreasonable, because of my negligence, I didn’t get my receipt, so I was told that I would wash. I have to pay the money. Really disappointed with this place. It was recommended to me by a family member. As soon as i sat down it went downhill from there.
1. The dental assistant (the one who I was assigned to) dropped something in the next patient room and tried to put it back when someone told her it was contaminated and she couldn’t do that
2. It took her over an hour to figure out out to x Ray the teeth and when the dentist told her she missed some teeth she got upset and complained about her being picky
3. She kept forgetting?... Idk what all the going back forth was for to take x rays a total of 5 times sometimes not putting the X-ray apron on
4. The equipment she was using was old and looked like the plastic had been chewed, I was
just hoping it was cleaned.
5. She was clearly just learning but the staff wasn’t very helpful to her either leaving her alone. And overall it just didn’t feel like she even wanted to be doing that.

What a terrible visit, I still payed the 60$ for the consult. The dentist did come in and look at the area I wanted looked at and gave me her recommendation. But I still left extremely disappointed.
