I bought a ball launcher w/ battery charger from Pro Sports Equip. It works great, but I needed a new battery charger. It was no hassle at all. Mario Salazar returned my email in about an hour, and it was late in the evening! Then, the following day, he had already arranged for a new charger to be shipped to me, and followed up with an email that included the new tracking number. Totally seamless process. Very professional, and if I make another sports equipment purchase it will be from this company.

I had some questions about some products that they sell and the response was I don't know. I had asked for different views of the products I was interested in and said that was the only pictures they had. I'm confused, if I'm selling a product I would have at least more than one picture of something that costs $2900.00 and could answer questions about what I was selling!!! The item was a folding pitching mound with wheels and only had one picture and a very brief description on their website. Would never spend a dime with this company or refer them to anyone!!! Probably a scam website!!!!

I ordered a batting cage with machine about 2 weeks ago, at first I had my doubts because once the order had been placed and received my order set stagnant for about 3 days. I called the numbers that were listed but no one answered but, Mario did return my call. He checked into the order and sent me an update the following day. My order left the facility when they said it would. Upon receipt of the the equipment at my house I received another call from Mario himself to make sure the equipment was delivered and in good condition. I informed Mario that him taking the time to check on the order and keep me updated said a lot about their customer service and their business in general. I will be ordering from them again and I highly recommend them.

Whew, Mario reached out to me to correct any issues we initially had with communication, which I can appreciate. Very professional and reconfirm that he has the customers' interest at the forefront!
