All of the staff is very professional and courteous. This staff actually listens to you and your concerns not like a few others I've been to that just act like their listening.
These people truly care about what you are having to deal with concerning your health.
I'm sincerely amazed. I have no problem going to my appointments here. The other places I mentioned before, I had to force myself to go because they had God attitudes towards the patients. I personally can't stand to be around people like that. Here at CHCSEK I haven't ran into that type atmosphere. It's always nice to be treated like a human being and not like a number or dollar sign!
I highly recommend to anyone and everybody to give this medical facility a good look at the next time medical attention is needed if you are not truly comfortable with the one you are utilizing at the moment.

Everyone is so nice and gets you diagnosed with whatever is going on with you. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have been going for 14 years and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks a lot for all the great work!!!!

I was seen as a walk-in and I was saw by a doctor that I’d never seen before dr. William Carl and not only did I not have a long wait this time but he was the most polite and helpful guy that I’ve had from the Coffeyville clinic in a long time, he listened to me and my symptoms and was quick to run some tests and got down to the problem and got me the medication that I needed so I could get home and rest. He was amazing and I can’t wait to see him again if I have to go to the clinic.

I am super happy with Dr. Susan I'm am comfortable ,with her and anything she tells me and I trust her treatment. I hope she stays she is the first one who has really listened to me when I've told her what I'm dealing with.
