Even though they are listed on my insurance as "In-Network," I was told by the receptionist that they do not take Insurance and that I must pay Out-of-Pocket.
I was getting a physical to check a box for work, but they verify based on Insurance. So, I didn't even get credit.
The PA and Receptionist were perfectly adequate, but they should not be listed as a Network location if they will not take insurance.

I recently visited The Little Clinic at 1750 W Uintah St in Colorado Springs and was seen by physician assistant Hall. From the moment I interacted with her, it was clear by her tone and attitude that she had no interest in being there. I went in for cold symptoms, and she immediately suggested I buy some of their over-the-counter items and come back after 48 hours, all without even asking me to remove my mask for a proper assessment.

When I questioned this approach, she replied, "I've been doing this for 24 years, and I will not write a prescription unless you need it." It felt dismissive, as if she didn't consider that I wouldn't have driven to the clinic and paid for a visit unless I genuinely needed help.

I wish I had checked the reviews for this clinic beforehand. If you're looking for a place with no wait times but don't care about being treated with respect or receiving proper medical care, then this might be the place for you. But don't expect to receive any medication or meaningful assistance. What a huge waste of time!

This clinic averages 2 stars for solid reasons. First, when scheduling the appointment directly through the Uintah location, I was told there were no open appointments for the day; however, when I called the (800) number, I was told there were still three appointments available and was scheduled for one of those. Poor practice.
Upon arrival, the triage tech was unbelievably rude. This was my first time using one of these clinics, and she made it very clear that she was agitated and troubled with me being there. The PA's attitude, Cathy Hall, was pretty much in sync with the triage tech. She was not at all interested in helping me feel better. She was very aloof and short. I needed a Z-pac, but instead, she tried to sell me OTC medication that I've already been taking and wasn't helping.
I contacted them five days later because I took a turn for the worse and asked if they would prescribe the Zpac. I was told I needed to schedule and pay for another appointment. I declined and will opt for an Urgent Care next time I need medical care on a weekend.

Good experience! It was slow, so I was seen very quickly. Doctor and nurse were both very kind. She was right! I got worse before I got better. Bought what was recommended and that certainly helped.

We had an opposite experience than others. They took care of my child, did a strep test, and got the medications needed. I am extremely grateful for their help and treating my family on a Saturday. The nurse Heather was awesome, and their front desk help was also awesome!

Thanks for everything.

What is it with doctors these days? It's like they show up for a paycheck & don't care about you at all!

My experience was with: Brandy Hand!

So I went in because my face was swollen (due to infection) & I needed some antibiotics asap as I was on my way to a camping trip in moab!! I went here because they said the entire appt should last about 15-20 mins. I waited in the waiting room for about as long as a normal doctor office & then the dr. Hand refused to give me antibiotics! Told me they "wouldn't work for what I have going on" and gave me an OVER THE COUNTER antibiotics ointment even though I said I'd be in Moab *Sandy/Desert*. Told me my infection could be "something bad" and then referred me to a dermotologist... but here's the best part... SHE DIDNT ACTUALLY GIVE ME A REFFERAL. I was trying to call them & realized she just put "dermotology". Did absolutely not a single useful thing for me.

I had to post pone my trip to moab to go to a dfferent doctor who gave me antibiotics NO QUESTION & the infection immediately went away. Such a waste of time & money!

It is 10 minutes past opening time. I am attempting to get a COVID test before work in 20 minutes. Meanwhile the people who run the clinic this shift are looking back and forth and whispering about how they arent ready yet. Then after all effort put in to have an appointment I am told they cant give me a rapid test without an ID, when asked to explain the bylaws that define that requirement, I was met with “I can connect you to my care provider.” We have uneducated individuals in medical practices.

Given the unhoused population that do not have Identification of any kind it is no wonder Colorado was responsible for the outbreak flaring up not once, not twice but three times.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk receptionist, JORDAN, was beyond rude. I had an appointment for my son for a sports physical. I called 20 min ahead of time and told JORDAN that we were going to be 10 min late. The reason was the weather. It was down pouring and hailing.
I told her we would be 10 minutes late. She said they have a 10 min late policy and if we were late than that, we would have to reschedule. We ran inside inside, through the hail, soaking wet and got to the desk as it literally turned 11 minutes after 3pm.
JORDAN being her lovely, professional self refused to see us. I also work in a medical office, and each situation is a case by case situation. And I know the Dr's I work under will willingly see patient's because every patient is a paycheck.
JORDAN was beyond rude. Nasty tone, no greeting, giving us dirty looks and there's definitely a reason this place has a 2.7 ☆ JORDAN.
I recommend taking an extra 20 minutes(or 20hrs) and go anywhere else but here.
This is my first bad review I've ever posted on line.... and JORDAN is the reason. 1 ☆ is one too many.
No thanks JORDAN, we will not be rescheduling.
