I’ve been a patient of Brier Creek Dental for almost 4 years now. This practice serves 3 generations of women in my family. Myself, my daughter who is 13 and my mother who is 70. Dr. Jones is wonderful and the entire staff are very professional with warm personalities. Leaving my dentist on Long Island was very devastating for me. I am grateful to have found a trusted professional in Dr. Jones. He has a warm spirit and the best bedside manner. I have visited with other dental offices in the area and none compare to Brier Creek. Everyone who works here is excellent. From reception, to hygienist Anais, Bailey, to Eddie in billing. I recently took my mother here who had not been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous. Dr. Jones was very gentle, took his time discussing his recommendations for her with me and I really appreciated that. Many people don’t love going to the dentist, but I look forward to my scheduled cleanings.

At Brier Creek Dental at 7841 Alexander Promenade Place in Raleigh NC is always on time and check you in 30 secs. Bridget and Hayworth and Eddie are the best and is very sanitary and friendly.
I asked if I could get something else done at the last minute and since they had the time they did which we helped me a-lot. They also told me how much it would cost before so that it wouldn’t be any surprises.
Talk you through every step so that you know exactly what they are doing at all times. They even asked me if I wanted at blanket because she saw that I was cold.

As a previous dental assistant- I would highly recommend this office. My daughter needed some extractions of 2 baby teeth and I broke a tooth and needed a crown and we were accommodated rather quickly and believe it or not I was able to get my crown the same day! Very well mannered team and they are fun! Will definitely be going back.

I have used Briar Creek dental for the past 6 years. I have found Doctor z and his staff to be professional courteous and very explanatory about what they proposed. If you need dental surgery Doctor z will explain all the alternatives in layman's terms so that you can make intelligent decisions which can save you thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this practice for people of all ages I am 82 years old.

Hands down the worst dental experience of my life. I made the switch from Stansell dentistry to here, and I regret it tremendously! This place has changed how I see dentist offices. In February, I went in to have 3 simple cavities filled. My mouth felt sore but I figured it would go away after a few days. For 2 weeks I couldn't chew anything on the right side of my mouth. 3 weeks after my visit, I woke up covered in sweat with excruciating mouth pain. I have had multiple invasive surgeries throughout my life, but have never experienced pain of this magnitude. I was in disbelief that a simple filling would bring me to contemplate calling an ambulance. I had to visit another dentist where he x-rayed my mouth only to show me how crooked and subpar the fillings had been done. He recommended that I return to where I had them originally done or else I would have to pay an additional 1500, which I ended up paying! No matter the circumstances, I will never let any of these people near my mouth again. Not only this, but my family has had multiple terrible experiences with them also. The lack of professionalism and skill is mind boggling. Stay far away from this place!
