My experience was real good, went in for reading my lab work results. Staff was great and NP was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a manner I understood everything! 100% recommend!

Completely disappointed with the professionalism at this location. I was very happy that I found a clinic that opened Saturdays and was close to my home. However, 1)they never answer the phone when trying to make an appointment or to ask about results coming back, maybe it’s from all the chit chatting going on. 2) why give me a number to call me by if you’re just going to yell out my name in front of everyone when everyone else is called by a number? 3) You are at work, you are in a professional field where you care for patients, why are you wearing CROCS to work? Might as well bring your pajamas while you’re at it. 4) who states, “you don’t seem happy to be here at all” like if I’m not dealing with an annoying skin rash for a month now and I have no answer to why it’s occurring? 5) Leaving me, patiently waiting to be seen in the room for an hour after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, but have the entire lobby with lights turned off and doors closed ready to head on with your day. The only good thing about this place was the lady who I spoke to, very kind and informative on all of my questions that I had.

They used to be great. They suck big time now. This clinic has dropped in care standards. Even just getting refills is a big hassle. They will have u waiting for a couple of hours. They say you can walk in but you can’t really. Because they will call everyone else before you and have you sitting there.

This is a fantastic family clinic. The staff, as well as doctors are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and give excellent service. I was also seen in a timely manner. The doctors explain reasoning while giving consultations, and I receive prompt, accurate care. The prices for consultations are also reasonable, with or without insurance. This is my third visit to their clinic, and my first choice when sick. I highly recommend them.

I literally couldn’t sleep the night before because I was is so much pain from my tonsils. I went in the next morning as a walk in and the provider (Mr. Esguerra) was very compassionate and did a thorough exam he asked for history, ran several exams etc. Got 2 shots and immediately felt relief. Was able to go in to work and attend to my toddler. I rarely leave reviews but I’m so grateful. Thanks Pharr Family Clinic!

Friendly service with a Smile from the front office & staff even for New, Walk-In patients like me. Vincent the NP was Excellent!! Very caring & knowledgeable. They offer in-clinic lab which is convenient for flu & CoVid-19 testing. Will definitely go back when needed & will recommend to my family and friends!!
