I just had back surgery yesterday. I will say Cheree and Matt RNs were absolutely amazing. They stayed with me until 7pm. They were wonderful. Knowledgeable, empathetic, humorous, and just awesome nurses and people. I hope their supervisors and the nurses themselves read this. Also, Dr. Putney is the best! Anesthesiologist explained everything, and accommodated my concerns of nausea and getting sick. Even though this back surgery is not joke, I had the best, professional, real talk staff.

The medical staff I felt was top of the industry! They took the most excellent care of me and were very inviting to my family post op.

This surgical procedure payment was due up front and yes it was a few thousand. Staff were very cooperative with me and helped set up a payment plan! Thank you thank you ?

I wish there was a way to review the nursing staff separately from the billing department; even one star is far too many. The nursing staff is amazing!
Upon checking in, I was informed about an outrageous amount of money that I had to pay the "SurgCenter," or else, my surgery would not take place. Being the first patient for surgery, there was no one else I could reach out to at 6 AM.
After the surgery, I reached out to my insurance company and as previously informed, I had been charged an incorrect amount of money (almost $2,000 for reference.) This happened in January and I am still trying to reach someone that can give me an accurate answer. I have called the billing office and they keep bouncing excuses around, yet they still have my money. I was able to speak to one of the billing representatives, and she gave me the number of her manager, yet I am still waiting for a call to be returned... A true shame!

Phenomenal service received. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was on schedule. Thank You to Doc Lekic from South Florida Orthopedics, staff Martha Angelia,(Angelica), Usia, and Shere. Looking forward to my next visit,,,(Almost). LOL

The most ridiculous scheduling I’ve ever encountered. Come at 12:30…your surgery is scheduled for 1:30. I watched all the nurses come back at 1pm from lunch. They knew damn well that I wouldn’t be seen and scheduled that time anyway. By now I haven’t even had a sip of water in 19 hours. Nurses were very nice and the facility is nice also. The tv in my room didn’t work while I sat in there for 2 plus hours. If a Dr continues to run late every surgery…they should schedule more time for the Surgery! I have to do the other hand and I will be looking for a Dr who doesn’t run 3 hours late!

I am so thankful for this amazing team! Had my disk replacement in my neck here and they were everything I could've hoped for in an amazing medical team. From the minute I walked in to the friendly and sweet receptionist I felt at ease. Amy and Deena my nurses were so sweet and comforting and accommodating. Did everything right the first time with 100% efficiency and no pain (even with my tiny veins). Asked me questions to make sure I was most comfortable. Latoya did an amazing job assisting my wonderful doc, Dr Atwater at avoiding my nerves and keeping me safe through surgery. My anesthesiologist was also very kind, thorough, and patient with me and made me feel so safe and cared for. I didnt remember his name but he was great. Everyone took their time to ask the right questions and make me feel very comfortable. My docs nurse assistants were also kind and made sure to come in and say hello so I could meet them before surgery.

After my surgery I woke up to another very kind and patient nurse named Matt who instantly made me feel safe and told me everything went well befire I was even able to ask. As I came to I asked again if I had heard correct mumbling did it go okay He helped me to sip my water and get into a comfy position. I can't stress enough how sweet they were. They made sure my boyfriend was informed on how to care for me at home. My boyfriend had to bring in our baby to pick me up and the staff was so patient with my little guy as well. Made him a balloon ? glove and helped my family all get in the car to leave.

I was originally supposed to have my surgery in Vero and these folks squeezed me in for the surgery date as my original office had to cancel. And im so happy they did. It truly was meant to be. Thank you to you all! In a very scary situation you made it an amazing experience.

My wife has been trying to get a billing issue resolved since February. We keep getting double charged each month to my credit card. Numerous calls to the billing department all end up going to voicemail. She leaves a voicemail with her phone number but no one ever seems to return the call

Very nice, friendly and fun staff. They let me know every step of the way what was going on. The let my husband come back and stay with me until anesthesia started and ended. We really liked how the staff respected the doctors as well. Seemed like a nice healthy work environment where they could have a bit of fun and still do a very important job.
