I’ve experienced ongoing billing issues for several years here, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. The staff and doctors are not knowledgeable, and it seems like there’s a constant revolving door of new employees. Getting service that should be routine with other providers has been a complete waste of time. Overall, it’s been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I can’t recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable healthcare.

It took me 7 months to see my actual PCP. I had 3 prior visits and saw 3 different NP. I waited almost an hour to be seen. Then the front desk said my appointment was at 10:30 and was Adamant it was that time. When I go to my car, I was correct. I should’ve checked my text but my appointment was at 10:15. This is not only scheduling . I requested a referral for a ENT. PCP Now to try these antibiotics for 10 days. I did it. It did not clear up. It was the same antibiotic that they gave me from NP.

I made Dr. Ngo my family doctor. He is awesome. He took time to talk with me about my issues and give me advice on how to handle them. He did a lot of testing to get an understanding of the situations. The staff were wonderful and so kind. I look forward to working with this practice for my medical needs.

I just had my first appointment as a new patient and I couldn't be happier! I feel like they listened to me...took everything I had to say seriously and really helped get me established. I honestly feel like I finally found an office that cares and will actually help me. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had an appt with Dr. Sidney Bui, she was knowledgeable and straightforward. I can see she wants the best for patients instead of pushing procedures and pills. The staff was quick and nice! I have follow up appts! So far so good!

Staff was very helpful with a good attitude! Dr. Ngo was excellent, took the time to listen and went straight to the point and started a series of work. The person doing my blood work was the best, she was successful on the first attempt! Follow ups are next to discuss results and next step. I liked how they were quick and had sense of urgency! Not a lot of delay in seeing the doctor when you really need the visit.

Terrible primary care I ever seen
The male nurse always being high or sleepy whatever.
The female nurse front desk was super lazy, never completed any requests. I called her to get medical records for my dad but never did. Another time, I called her more than 3 times to ask doctor’s refill from an appointment on the day before (they forgot to do that, another nice!). Then I had to come to office at 3pm to wait until they closed to get refill, but I can’t get medication because pharmacy closed at 5 on Friday.
Doctors seemed like not understand out needs, showed up like a wind and disappeared, they asked us “is it ok to combine medication?”, if I know I am doctor @@

This office is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The only positive aspect is their ability to offer same-day appointments, although there may be a reason for that. During my appointment, the MA made me very uncomfortable with their inappropriate comments. The staff has consistently made mistakes with my appointments and medication in previous years. They prescribed medication to me, only to later inform me it was a mistake and to discontinue the medication. Currently, they are withholding my medical lab results until a provider can review them with me, despite my previous appointment being disrupted due to a check-in error. Legally patients have access to their medical records. There is no patient portal available for me to access my records, and communication from the office is poor. The only reason I continued with this office was because of the insurance I had at the time.
