Es un buen lugar por que si no tienes cita aun te atienden. Un dia yo fui mul de la gripe y me dieon 2 inyecciones y pronto me recupere.

Doctor Johnson is amazing, he's always been accurate with his diagnosis. I absolutely love how he explaines things. Medical Assistant Martha is Very professional and respectful, my parents also feel comfortable with her. And Of Course they love doctor Johnson ?. However most of the staff isn't friendly and they never call back when they say they will. Sara does return calls. Theres a new receptionist at the front desk, she has NO Idea what customer service is. She looks unhappy and in a bad mood.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Visalia Walk in Medical Clinic! It’s refreshing to have so many people there that truly care about your well being! I was in so much pain when I got there. and the staff was very kind! I am so grateful for Dr Ann . she is the only doctor that i have seen, that is so helpful, thoughtful, thorough and compassionate ! And her skills as both a doctor and an Osteopath are so unbelievably exemplary ! The very best physician i have ever been to! She and her staff are amazing! I recommend her to everyone ! I went in at 6:30. The very nice receptionist asked me what I was there for and I said a cough that hadn’t gone away for three weeks. She went into the back to talk to someone and came back to let me know that they don’t take sick patients after six. Their hours say that they are open until seven. I didn’t complain or inquire further other than to ask her if there were other places she knew that were open. She gave me a piece of handwritten paper that had been copied with some names and addresses on it. The last address was cut off in the copier so only two additional clinics showed, one of which had the same hours as this clinic. I won’t steep as low as to argue with a receptionist who has no control over policy. I left. I understand that people will feel differently than this, but I feel if you advertise that you’re open until seven you should accept patients until 7, regardless of the issue. That being said I don’t think a cough should be an issue to turn someone away for 30 whole minutes before closing time.

Thank you very much for your care. Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for more than 12 years. I'm very happy with the entire staff. They are very kind and very professionals. Also, the clinic has very easy access and great parking space.

Provides excellent services to his patients. Takes your health concerns seriously and takes in account the bigger picture/ root cause of the issue. Cares about the work he’s doing unlike many doctors these days. Definitely would recommend to a friend in need of a new provider!

The staff and the doctors there are Awesome. The doctor took his time and was very informational. Gave me a pointer with my asthma as to a better medication less harmful. So, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Very great! I spoke to Dr.Boyd and Dr. Ann Le. I will be back for more services. Wonderful bed side manners. Very caring and helpful! Wonderful staff in the front office! Highly recommend!
