I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Jessica. As a first-time patient, I expected to be able to discuss my health concerns, but unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be in a rush and did not take the time to listen to my issues. She quickly went through the formalities and left without offering any advice or answering my questions. It felt as though seeing me was just a formality, and I later found out that she had other patients lined up, which might explain her haste. This experience left me feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the level of care provided.
Can’t believe I chose her as I wanted a female doctor.
I am taking another appointment with other doctor and all my time was wasted -:(

Always outstanding service. Dr Bilotta is awesome with her patient care. She’s always listens to you and most importantly, she hears you. Rare quality in drs today. She is by far one of the most genuinely compassionate drs I have ever had the privilege of seeing.

Dr. Bilotta was fantastic; I saw her after experiencing knee pain at work.

She helped me feel comfortable and understand my injury. She was able to explain what was wrong with my Knee, before I felt the need to clarify anything.

The office was backed up a few times which caused some latency, but the busy and productive staff made me feel welcomed.

Overall, an excellent Doctor I would highly recommend and would see again If needed.
