Fantastic service and prices! I had the dreaded check engine light pop up didn't know what to do. My fiance recommended this shop in the Kennesaw area and they took great care of me. They got me in, diagnosed the car in the morning, got the part pretty quickly and I had my car back that evening. The prices were great, and the oil change I added on was less expensive than what I had been paying! I will definitely be back!

This such a sweet little mom & pop shop! They are warm, professional, and do good work. Called about getting my brakes and rotors replaced - they took care of me the same day in a timely manner and gave a very good price. The waiting room is cozy with games, toys for little ones, and they even offer a free snack of the week 🙂 Definitely will be stopping C&P the next time I need work done on my car!

Phillip, Carrie and the C&P Automotive team are 100 percent awesome! I had issues with the battery and alternator that went on for over two weeks with a previous mechanic with negative results. I came to C&P and everything was taken care of and fixed in just a couple of days. These guys are honest, reliable, trustworthy and the price is right! I appreciate the service and highly recommend C&P for your automotive needs.

This car shop is not just a place where you receive an absolutely amazing service but also a place of the family atmosphere and a special attention to every customer, whether it is a complex engine work or just an oil change or a nail in a tire. I am so disappointed to take my 5 star review to a 2. Two years ago I brought my keep here and The service and communication was amazing. I brought my rav 4 back 3 months ago in hopes of the same amazing service.
I brought my car to C&P in March as my trunk door stopped opening automatically. I waited for an hour as Phillip looked at my car. I was told I would be contacted at the end of the day or tomorrow as they needed to call for parts. I NEVER received a call back and then when I called a week later it was very clear they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about as it took 10 minutes for them to remember me, even asked if I was calling the wrong place.
It has been three months of me calling every two or three weeks and I keep hearing “well call you back” with no call backs. It’s very clear I’ve been forgotten about as a customer!
I wish they had been upfront about being too busy to work on my vehicle as I’ve been waiting for their call to fix my car.
The only reason I’m leaving a 2 star review is as a was there Carrie was very welcoming while I waited. As well as the work they did for me
2 years ago. Going forward I will find a mechanic who prioritizes all customers.

THIS is where to go if you want an honest mechanic service that truly cares about doing quality work. Carrie does an amazing job on the front end, and Phillip is a master mechanic/owner that goes above and beyond to take cae of customers. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they do their best to get your car back as soon as possible. If you're looking for a new auto repair shop, give them a shot at your business ... you'll be a customer for as long as you live in Georgia!

My car broke down, and another repair shop wanted to charge $4,000 to fix it. Phillip found the real issue and fixed it for less than $600. I'm very grateful that I found this place. I will definitely go back and recommend to others.
