I certainly would not rate my most recent experience in a positive way. My dishwasher motor went bad on a 2.5 year old machine and things went downhill from there. To sum it up without going in to every single painstaking detail and weeks of phone calls. I had an appointment for service and they never showed and never called. Turns out the tech was sick. Of course I expect a business to call when they cannot come. My new motor was installed and the machine wouldn’t work right. I complained, they said it was fine but they’d come out and look again and charge me if they found nothing wrong which infuriated me because I know what my dishwasher normally sounds like. Turns out the tech never installed the wash diverter ring which prevented the machine from building sufficient pressure to actually wash dishes. Overall, this experience was below what I consider acceptable. Maytag has plenty of culpability in this situation as well, but that’s more detail than I’ll put here.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Lots of people say "I didn't answer the phone so they moved on to someone else!" It's a small business, time is money and you're wasting their time by not being responsive. If you're expecting a call, answer the phone.

Bought a new Whirlpool Oven and it wasn't set up for LP. Called them out. Got it set up and fixed within a hour. Quick. Efficient and very down to Earth. I, 100%, recommend them.

Do NOT use this repair company. I had a repair completed, and it didn’t last 6 weeks. Called the owner Clancie to tell him, and he sent another service technician out to do the same exact repair again. When I questioned being charged again for the same repair he did reduce my charge, but this time the repair didn’t last 2 weeks. I was told parts were covered for 90 days and labor was covered for 30 days. I reached out to Clancie again to tell him the repair didn’t work, and he said it might need another part and asked for my model number. I texted the info and never heard back. A few days later I texted asking for a refund for the last charge since it didn’t last 30 days and never heard back. The next week I called and spoke to Clancie about the issue. I paid for a repair twice and the machine isn’t repaired. I politely asked for a refund on the charge that didn’t last 2 weeks, he told me I wasn’t getting any money back, so I told him I would be sure to leave a review for his company and he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He obviously isn’t concerned with customer satisfaction.

UPDATE:
I was hoping to be able to post that we resolved the issue and things worked out happily ever after. The owner contacted me this morning and asked what he did wrong. I explained. He thanked me for being truthful in my social media posts but then explained to me that I was wrong in my expectations. He stated he has been doing business this way for 25 years and is not going to change anything based on this interaction. He then informed me he refuses to service my appliance. So we agreed to disagree.
So I conclude by saying I do not recommend C&C Appliance Repair for any aspect of service. I found the owner rude and did not appreciate the failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or the ultimatum of having him come out or not (for a possible charge) at an instant moment in time. Additionally, take caution that if you buy a Maytag appliance, C&C Appliance is the only representative for our area to service that appliance.
When I spoke with Maytag today, they were appalled at this level of service and are working with me to resolve my situation. Maybe they will discontinue using C&C Appliance as their representative.

Sharing my experience today with C&C Appliance Repair. Our Maytag washer quit working properly. It is less then 1 year old. As such it is under full warranty. I contacted Maytag for warranty service and their only service representative is C&C Appliance. I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday morning for service. They called and said their service tech was sick and wanted to reschedule for today between 8-12. No problem. Completely understandable. Would prefer to not have a sick tech in my house anyway. Thank you.

Today it was after 12 and no service. I checked my phone and noticed a missed call but I did not recognize the number and no voicemail was left so I did not return the call. Finally I called C&C to figure out what happened. I spoke with owner and he said he called but since I didn’t answer my phone he moved on to the next customer. I asked why he didn’t leave a voicemail and he replied that he doesn’t leave messages. He said by the time he gets a call back he has already moved on so it is not worth his time.
So we discussed my issue some over the phone and he felt like it was a dirty screen in my supply line. If that was the case he would charge me for a visit as that is not covered under my warranty. I didn’t believe that was the case but asked if he could allow me 10 minutes to go check the screen and he said no—I had to give him an answer now if I want him to come out. We argued over how he was treating me by not coming out for a scheduled appointment and putting me on the spot at that moment to come out and he hung up on me. C&C Appliance has no level of customer service—only to do business to serve themselves.

Unfortunately I called Maytag and they do not have any additional service technicians that serve our area. I did check the screen and it was completely clear. So now I have an appointment (done through Maytag again) with C&C Appliance to come next week to service my washer. So now we will be without our washer for over 2 weeks—yes a 1st world inconvenience but a big inconvenience none the less. Maybe they will see this post and come with a new attitude and I can report my mistaken impression of poor customer service and retract this post.

I asked them to fix my dryer and when they came out they said they fixed it but told me to turn the setting down from high to medium. My clothes still weren’t getting dry so I changed the setting back to high. I smelled something burning so I stopped the dryer and asked them to come back out and take another look. He came out and assured nothing was wrong. The very next time I ran the dryer on high it stopped working a few minutes into the cycle. I’ve called and asked them to come out and fix the issue since my dryer will no longer power on and they refuse to come back out. I’m going to dispute the charges on my card since they will not hold up their end of the repair.

Big ist con artist. I will report him to a BBB better business bureau. He shouldn't work in this field. Took my money and didn't fix my gas cook top, he ruined it. Beware! Do not call this company!!
