This mattter doesn’t reflect the store but there online site I ordered shoes from there website received the box dented and torn when sending email to customer service they stated box was not damaged they could not do anything!

Las Vegas local. Been going here/supporting this local business for years. Recently received an online order for a Feature branded hoodie that didn't fit. Tried to exchange for a smaller size at this location. Was told I am not able to make an exchange and had to go through customer service through their online support. Would have to pay for shipping to return the item and receive store credit if the return was approved. Received an email the next day.
Return wasn't approved. Don't understand why it's so hard to make a simple size exchange for the exact same hoodie. A Feature branded hoodie. The hoodie literally says FEATURE across the chest and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Tried to support a local Vegas business by wearing their brand and get no love back. SMH. They got their sale though so that's all that matters to them. Keep catering to the tourist and taking their money. I won't be supporting this brand any longer.

This store is trash, they have promotional sales to get you reeled in and won’t even honor the sales. I’ve never had some many orders cancelled from a single company. And they blame it on 3rd party software. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, they seriously aren’t worth the headaches and excuses. Sounds like they’re just getting interest free loans from people.

Be aware of this store!!

I am a Hong Kong customer and enter a draw from their release page, website obviously is showing HKD as my IP is in Hong Kong, I won the draw and order confirmed, then i realize that they have a price error at their web store, the price of the sneaker is in HKD but the shipping fee is in USD, I originally thought i just need to pay HKD 40=USD 5 for shipping fee but now i have to pay USD 40=HK$320, it is 8 times of the price that i agree to pay, i asked them to cancel or change to ship to US address and they refused, their CS manager even think their web store is all good and ignore my question/request and shipped my order anyway.

see attached photos, this price error is happening on every sneaker draw which can ship worldwide. Product price is in HKD but the Shipping fee is in USD, can anybody tell me what currency should be in total if this case?!

WORST CS experience i have ever had across US sneaker retailer.

THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers for an event I had on 10/13, I paid for expedited shipping that per the website promised to deliver to me on 10/12. When the order did not ship for days I contacted customer service who ignored my communications and did not even ship the order until 10/12 the day it was promised to deliver. The package did not arrive until 10/16 after I no longer needed them; when I tried to return the shoes they finally responded and said I couldn't return it because it was final sale. The shoes also look used and the customer service is horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A SHOP!!!

Refused to honor their own discount on their own product. Couldn't believe even the store Manager said sorry but no, this is a right end retail store, no discount price even when I showed them it was from their "welcome to the club" here is your first 10% off no restrictions email and an automated phone text. 10% off would not have broken the sale for them at resale prices. I drove over 200 miles just to go to this store, which I made sure the Store Manager knew, as directed by the warehouse just to hear sorry, but no, from the Manager. Well at least I received my items, happy about that at least. Still unsubscribing from their "club" and from the 2-3 email a day list due to how the Las Vegas store handled my transaction. Would really help if customer service responded to emails from the website then I would have saved the entire trip.

I've ordered from feature a few times and the shipping is horrible. Here it is December 20 and I've placed an order on November 27 and still haven't received my order. It says shipping in 5-7 days, good luck with that. Also a friend of mine had the same problem as well and FINALLY received his order a month later. With raffles your notified so late if you've won which can cause you extra money if you purchased the shoes from somewhere else and later in the evening receiving a email from feature stating you won. There's no contact number so you can call someone and check the status of your order either. I will not be doing business with feature after this last order. For anyone else who is deciding to order from them please don't because you'll be waiting on father time.

Beware!! They take your money and hold it for weeks! On 4/08/2023 I placed an order in the total of $764.32 from Feature which advertised 48-72 hours processing to ship time. After waiting over 2 weeks I reached out to them only for them to tell me that they don’t know when they’ll ship, and that whenever they do ship I’ll be notified via email. There is nobody to talk to other than the rude and extremely unprofessional rep by the name “kiaira”. I explained to her that after waiting over 2 weeks with no shipping, I am leaving the country for vacation and can’t wait any longer, after asking for cancellation and refund, she said they can’t offer that even though this wasn’t even packed and shipped. She blatantly ignored me and my concerns and stopped responding to my emails. This company takes your money and holds it without following up on their promise to fulfill the order or come up with a resolution.
