Went in with the hope of getting new laptop browsed for around ten mins while 4-5 members of staff loitered behind the counter so left and then ended up going back in and the same result even when asked to purchase a certain one a chap said she will sort it. In the end left empty handed think you should go and give the staff some customer engagement training

Bought a new phone tonight and it will be ready to collect in 2 days which is great. The Women I dealt with on the phone department was very friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend

Two of our children were dropped off at your store earlier today to spend some birthday and well earned car washing money on a phone and bedroom fan. My daughter paid for her fan and waited by the door with her younger brother while her older brother purchased a new mobile phone. She was accused of stealing the fan and my daughter offered to show the receipt to vicki the manager which she had. So bad how kids can't buy anything without being accused of stealing.

I am abroad and the laptop charger I bought 6 weeks ago has stopped working. I hope you are open Bank Holiday Monday for me to come in for a replacement.
Update - getting that replacement was no problem at all. So pleased I chose Curry's to buy it from. I have upped my star rating fro 2 to 4 because of this and it was open on Bank Holiday Monday.

broke glass turn table glass phoned number on meols cop southport got thro to south africa office told them problem asked could hey put me thro to office gave them address said they could not help me as they did not know this shop asked to speak to manager said no after 5 mins trying to explain shop address and area said they could not help asked did she she know were southport was told me know lets use are own people who at least know were you are

The staff were exceptional.
Spent as much time as I needed in helping me choose a phone
The staff advised me which one to buy after I explained my particular needs.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
And the staff even transferred my SIM card from old phone to new phone.
I will be shopping there again for new laptop for my daughter
The staff on that occasion have given me details to show my daughter of a really good priced laptop.
