Continuing my training with Bass Pro Shops and Tracker Boats and Powersport Centers, I recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in the beautiful city of Bristol, Tennessee. John the Tracker Manager and Jeff the Store Manager are second too none. The Outfitters and Customers welcomed me with open arms and treated me like I was one of their own. I learned a lot from John and his staff during my visit and will emulate their outstanding practices and customer service. John and staff brought his Tracker Boat and Powersports Center to a top 5 boat and powersports center in 8 short years. I "Thank You" all for your kindness and continued support as I move forward to my own stores grand opening. I would also like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful people of Bristol, Tennessee for your great smiles and hospitality.

I know it’s unpopular to say in NY but there is nothing like going into a Bass pro shop in TN. I could actually live in that store. I could get just about anything I need and want there. Great staff that always had a story and a smile.

If you love outdoor activities and animals, this is the place to visit. Everything you could think of to pick from plus lots of mounts and a live fish aquarium. Went at Christmas time and they have a beautiful set up for kids to visit Santa.

This is my absolute favorite stop when traveling north to see my family in Canada. It makes a great stop to stretch ones legs, and the washrooms are always super clean. I love just browsing there. I always find something there I didn't know I needed. The absolute only draw back is the employees who try and sell the vacations. I don't begrudge them doing their job, but I hate feeling cornered. I've learnt to avoid them because I hate having to say no (it's the Canadian in me), but it wouldn't keep me from visiting. I also love the setting of this store... the stream, the little bridge to get in the store.... it's their claim to fame and admittedly I really enjoy the setting. It's an experience, not just a store.

Called to get info and pricing on a couple things before driving the 1 hour ride it takes to get there from my home. Upon pushing said number to get the corresponding dept, I'm still convinced the lady I spoke with did not, in fact, work in said dept. Didn't seem like she was interested in finding the answers to my questions, or in getting someone who had the knowledge and could answer them on the phone for me. Very dissatisfied, as it didn't make anything any easier or any more convenient for me while taking care of my 2 toddler kiddos as well. Needless to say, won't be dealing there again, as I rarely did to begin with anyway.
