Everyone was nice and as helpful as possible. I see some people are complaining about their service. This is not Neiman Marcus, it’s a healthy food store in suburbia.

I would see the prices are fair considering you don’t have to make the drive to Whole Foods .

On Thursday morning I went to purchase some items but it was so impossible because every time I ask for help the young girl was being rude and just pointing with her finger where the product was she was just seating on the counter seeing her cell and ignoring me and a other customer . I try several times to ask for help but just no answer. I also ask her for her name and started to argue with me calling me names. So disrespectful young lady.

Employees are uptight, strange vibe inside. I love the selection just wish the employees weren’t so down…maybe some music, cbd gummies and sage would help uplift the mood and vibe

I stopped by to get some vitamins and see if they had anything to help my lingering cold. Laura, the girl that helped me was fantastic!! She was super patient with my million questions but was also extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed. The prices are about the same else where but the customer service and knowledgeable employees (laura) is worth going back for. And the tea selection is awesome!

Love this place! They have the best prices. Plenty of parking. Jeanette is one of the clerks there and she is super knowledgable about holistic health products. Each time I have had a health problem she has steered me in the right direction. Maria is very nice too.

How does an employee ruin your reach to a larger custome base?

So... I shop natural and humanely sourced products regularly, but have never heard of this place.

Well... the backstory I tried to explain to the person who "helped" (not) me on the phone was:

At a visit at a local big box membership store I crossed a product I was told could be found in "healthier" establishments. Also, that it might not be continually available where I initially purchased it. And could be obtained from local "health conscious" retailers.

So call the Downey location today and am met with what might possibly be one of the rudest, impatient employees i have ever had contact with.

To the point I explained his attitude solidified my choice to not venture in or shop at their stores. I politely said thank you and parted.

Now, as an ex retail manager, chef, personal chef.... I know some companies have the ability to shoo potential customers away.

Word of advice... take notice to the weaker customer service employees and have them perform other tasks BESIDES being your company's face for potential or even repeat consumer base.

They can restock shelves and clean, while your more company focused employees serve your client base better.
